Very informative and helpful salesman, car was given to me in excellent condition,

Difficulty booking car in , 2 promised call backs never came . When dropping car in was told the car was not booked for that day . Courtesy car had slow puncture in one front car and excessive pressure in other one. Window wiper replacement blades not replaced as electronically requested after got health check report. Then had to ask a second time to get back wiper blade replaced

Dropped the car off early and it was serviced within a few ours. With the car all done it had been washed & vacuumed and ready for road.

I arrived about 30 mins before my appointment yet 30 mins after my appointed time I queried the delay. Soon after that the car was taken. Also can never get to speak to anybody in the workshop when I have a query. Very unsatisfactory
