Good service

I placed my order on 05/06/2023, my order somehow got lost. I emailed them and they found my order & started processing it. This took almost a week. I received an email stating the order was completed, but I didn't receive my goods for almost a week. Once the goods arrived, I was very happy with the quality of the bracelet and the charms.

Fast delivery and great service

Absolutely amazing service ordered from here a few times now and not had any issues, first time ordering I waited like 2 weeks which was understandable as some business can become busy but after that I’ve not waited long on my stuff maybe a few days, being a week max nothing too overly annoying so all round great service

Birthday charms

Bought 2 picture charms for my daughter birthday received really quickly and wasn't disappointed as they were lovely. I have spent a lot more on charms elsewhere and they r just the same. Very happy and will buy again.

Fantastic!

Ordered custom picture charms on a Thursday evening and they arrived on Saturday Morning. Very fast shipping and the pictures on the charms are crystal clear. The charms were also very reasonably priced in comparison to the actual nomination website. I will definitely be ordering from here again!
