The charm was beautiful, let me collect from warehouse which was local to me and really quick turn around time. The quality of the product is amazing compared to the size where you’d think you’d lose some quality, but I’m so grateful and the gift made my sister in law cry! (Good tears!) thanks so much, cannot wait to order again.
