Well designed, well made platform. Great service
The platform is strong, and very easy to unfold and set the hight, which can be done single handed. It is also strong and stable. I am very pleased. The price was very competitive and the delivery experience great - fast, free and with enough updates to be useful.

A week of delays, then no replacement available
After I asked for the replacement to go directly to site, I was told they had run out of stock. They issued a refund, but that left me having to find the parts elsewhere after a week of delays. This has been frustrating and embarrassing,
IT FELT LIKE THEY TOOK THE EASY OPTION OF REFUNDING ME RATHER THAN HELPING ME GET THE PARTS.

I am sorry to hear you are not happy with the service received on this occasion, I can see that when you were offered a replacement or a refund, we had the stock, however when this was confirmed that you would like a replacement, the stock had sold. Please accept our apologies for the delay in delivery that was caused by our couriers on this occasion whilst we did everything we could to have your order delivered, however they were not able to deliver to your address in a reasonable time. A refund was processed as this is the least delayed outcome for yourself as we wait for stock to come back in of the product you ordered which would then be sent back out. Again, please accept our apologies for any and all inconvenience caused on this occasion.

Fantastic service from Atkinsons at…
Fantastic service from Atkinsons at Scarborough, the lady that took my order on the telephone was very friendly and polite, I ordered 3 bulk bags of gravel to be delivered and it was delivered in 2 days, very efficient company. I was very impressed the way the delivery driver handled the gravel drop, and he was very obliging, he very kindly slit the bottom of each bag and dropped it exactly where it was needed in two different areas at the front of my property and unbelievably even split one bag in half and dropped it equally on each side for me. I have never had such good service from a builders merchant before, and will definitely recommend to anyone to use them without any hesitation. Absolutely brilliant driver who saved me a lot of work and time, so Thankyou so much, it was much appreciated.
