Todd came and rerouted our water service so we don’t have a leak or pipe running under the house he left the job spotless and kept us informed as the job went on would recommend to anybody

Todd and team came out and rerouted my leaking water pipe within two days the job was done and you can’t tell they have been he kept me in the loop as the job progressed thanks Todd would recommend this company to anyone

When Todd arrived he was polite and helpful. It was pouring with rain and we weren't entirely sure where leak was.
From beginning to end Todd remained calm and collected and the final result was amazing. Would definitely recommend this company if you have any leaks.

Severn trent discovered a water leak under my kitchen from the stop tap the day before I was having a new one fitted, panic ensued. However Todd went above and beyond to come the following morning and fix the issue. He dug down from outside the kitchen and only had to make a very discreet hole for the new stop tap. No mess left, extremely happy with the result and the price, crisis averted thanks to Todd top guy, thanks very much.

Had a burst pipe which was picked up by Severn Trent, Todd arrived promptly next day and took up slabs in rear garden, dug down and took out twisted lead pipework, capped it off, fixed what needed sorting, and filled everything back in and laid slabs back. Wouldn't of known anyone had been outside. Tidy, efficient and price paid was as agreed. Wouldn't hesitate to use again, highly recommended. Thanks guys

Todd went out of his way to fit in work mending a leaking water pipe on my property. He rearranged other work so he could do this urgently. The price he quoted was the price I paid although until the work started he wouldn't have known what it entailed so there was no surprises
about having to pay more. Great work.

Undertook a difficult job replacing the water pipe, with challenging access, in a very professional and orderly manner. Everything was cleaned up and left in perfect order and I can only say how much I wish this type of service was more frequent. I recommend Todd with no reservation.

Todd come out quickly to quote for a full water supply pipe relay which we have booked in for, reasonably priced. He has done us a temporary repair in the meantime to get us through until the full relay. Good communication and turned up when he said he would.

Todd turned out at very short notice to fix a leak on our drive. Identified the pipe, having to extend the hole. I was not at home so Todd provided not only photos of the work (Before, during and after) but also a video of the water leak. Great communication after the job was completed. I asked Jon Pierpoint to come and find a leak and repair it. He dug the first hole to find the actual pipe. The depth was about 5 foot. Once found he launched a special camera that records distance to where the water leak was. Found at 7.9 meters. Dug another deep hole and found the water leak and repaired it. Took from 8am to 17.00. Am very pleased with the service provided and would recommend him

I had a waterpipe leak at my property and contacted Todd from JT Pierpoint utilities ltd. Todd and his team came out and assessed the situation and preceeded to excavate repair the pipe and then reinstated the hole back how it was found. Todd kept me informed as the job moved forward and made sure I was 100% satisfied before he left. Brilliant company will use again

Highly recommend this company. Fantastic work carried out. I had a leaking pipe under my front garden steps. All fixed within a day and steps put back perfectly. I was working away from home and was kept in constant contact with updates and photo's. This is a company that can be trusted.I will always use this company.
