My order kept on being delayed and I wasn’t informed until I myself emailed and asked where my order was.
Still have not received my cup even…
Still have not received my cup even though it was supposed to ship in September. Never even received any notice that it was going to be delayed. Supposedly it finally shipped but I’ve yet to see it.

If I could give "0" stars, I would. Placed a pre order in July, suppose to ship in September. Now November and still no product. I get no response from emails to customer support. Not good for a first time customer. Will never shop with this company again

Nice tumbler!
I got my tumbler and like it a lot. I will say the only complaint I have is lack of communication. I pre-ordered my tumbler and was given a delivery date time. This changed quite a few times and the only way I knew was to check the website. At one point I was beginning to think I was scammed. I will say once I contacted them they were lovely to work with but I think for pre-orders a quick email giving an update would have been nice. In all fairness to them despite my small issue, I did order another tumbler.
I still have not received the cup
I still have not received the cup. The label was created and the shipment was canceled nine minutes apart. So so far I’m out like $56 since June for a cup you’re still advertising.
Poor customer service
You are asking me to review a product I still have not received. Pre-ordered 3 items in May. Policy is not to ship until all are ready. 3rd item was scheduled for September then October then November. 2 items were “shipped” a week ago and due yesterday - still not here. 3rd item was “shipped” 2 days ago (meaning label created) - still not actually shipped as of today. Customer service responds a few days later - in one instance never responded. Not sure I will ever order again.

My order was never processed and I never received my cup. I requested a refund but not sure if it was ever processed either.

I pre-ordered a cup and tote bag, with shipping to be at the end of September. Should have been in time for Halloween. Shipping for said cup and tote bag got changed to the end of October. Not enough time for Halloween. It is now Nov 2 and the only notification I got was an email saying it was delivered and a tracking number saying label created and then canceled...It also took almost 10 days for them to reply to an email I sent about said order. Will absolutely never order from Juggy again.

I did a pre-order for the witches juggy, and it didn’t ship for almost 4 months until literally Halloween. That’s just terrible planning on Juggy’s behalf. It was a gift for Halloween, and it’s actually still not even delivered. Will never do a pre order again. 4 months is just stupid for a cup.
Product is late, received two emails for a review…
I was going to wait until the cup actually arrived, but I've gotten two emails to review my product so I figured I would respond, so I guess I'll review my experience so far.
The product was a pre-order and supposed to ship by mid-September ( the details said it would be here before Halloween).
I didnt receive any updates until the 30th, when my product protection was marked as "arrived". I got an email with a tracking number, but it said the shipment was canceled. I reached out and, to their credit, the company replied quickly with a new tracking number.
I still haven't received the tumbler I ordered, the ETA is Monday.

My pre-order was for a specific event. A Halloween themed jug for a Halloween birthday. The shipment didn't arrive in the estimated time frame and when I inquired, I was told I could order something else but no refund was available. This is not good business or customer service! It is bait and switch sales methods! I have received another email saying my purchase is on the way... BUT still have NOT received what I ordered 2 months ago and the special event is done and over.

Did not ship on time
I ordered the witchy one on 10/15/25 with an expected delivery date of 10/23/25. I was going to take this to Salem, MA with me to match all my witch attire. I had to chat when I returned home on 10/28/25 ask where my order even was. I got back “We’re not sure what happened but it’s been shipped.” that was the only response which was pretty disappointing when I wanted to take it with me on my trip.

I ordered a halloween tumbler and yes it was on pre-order. I ordered it on JUNE 30TH AND STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED IT. So much for my friends birthday present and for using a cute tumbler this halloween season. Maybe you should post the dates that we as clients are going to receive an item- I would have looked for something else had I know it would take 4 freaking AND STILL COUNTING months to get it.
