In this particular order I was, like with all my other orders from Juicy, kept in the loop from when I placed the order to when it arrived at my house. Bag not as described and smells so strongly of plastic fumes and hasn't gone after a week. Resent having to pay for a tracked return when it's the item at fault not just being picky. For 130 pounds for a bag I'd expect the materials to be better quality. Had a juicy couture bag from the 2000s that's totally different quality :(

I had a really great contact with Fatima and I can’t blame her services.
But I’m really disappointed, I received a top with a really strange shape to the shoulder that made me return my order that I placed end December 2025.
Thanks to Fatima, she sent a return code without having to pay.
But when I followed the package returned the 19 January, I saw the package arrived the 29 and waited 10 more days so I could get a refund since it’s in their politics.
Right now, the 16 feb, I did not received my refund.
And I feel like they’re lying about the reality so they can make the refund delay longer.
Apparently the packaging arrived the 13 February but it’s not true unfortunately.
I have called Mondial Relay postal service and they did confirm my package arrived in time but ok.
At this point I’m only counting on PayPal to get refunded since they’re not honest with their clients.
I will NEVER order from JC again.

I received this item for Christmas and the item was faulty it had holes in it...after emailing several times juicy only reached out to me after I left a terrible review on here. For some reason the review has been removed but there customer service is still atrocious as they've reached out and said send photos which I did they then said a courier would collect them...that was the last communication 6 days ago just sat here in stalemate waiting for a reply

I am extremely disappointed with Juicy Couture UK.
Order JC_124176 arrived in a damaged parcel, with an item missing on delivery. Despite this being a straightforward non-receipt issue, Juicy Couture UK has completely ignored me.
I emailed customer service repeatedly over several weeks, sent a formal complaint, a final notice, and followed all instructions given, no response whatsoever. The US team replied, but only to redirect me back to the UK team, who continue to ignore all contact.
The missing item is out of stock, so a replacement is impossible, yet no refund has been issued. I was left with no option but to initiate a chargeback, report the matter to Trading Standards, and escalate via ADR due to total non-engagement.
This is not a minor delay - it is a complete failure of UK customer service and a refusal to resolve a clear case of non-delivery, despite consumer rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
If you are ordering from Juicy Couture UK, be aware: if something goes wrong, you may be ignored entirely and forced to involve your bank to recover your money

Ordered from Juicy Couture UK. Size was bigger than expected so I tried asking for exchange through email which was said so in the directions to return for exchange. No answer for a week so i decided just to refund through the system there was an option to exchange and then it said refund. I sent them back days ago, they received them and I have still not heard back! No exchange, no refund and I have no idea what is happening. The worse customer service ever! No way to contact only email! Disgrace.

The customer service is really bad! Ordered a tracksuit for my mums birthday/christmas and it has been stolen. Dpd answered straight away telling me to contact juicy couture for a replacement. However, its near impossible to reach anyone ! I reallly needed this before christmas and it doesnt even look like ill get a reply by christmas at this rate! Order several items. DPD (who we never have issues with) just couldn't deliver the item. All sorts of weird status codes. JuicyCouture were unresponsive in all communications. Eventually got hold of the DPD depot and said send the order back. Not worth the time dealing with shoddy companies.

As someone who has worn and spent so much at this shop I’m so disappointed at the fact that I emailed and asked to pay for a new aglet showing proof of purchase and they said they can’t do anything? I’m so disappointed with this brand because I’ve been wearing it for years but this ends here.
Why should I have to buy an entirely new tracksuit - which would cost me £200 when you could just send me the replacement aglet? I didn’t week for any freebies I asked to pay for them and despite getting proof of payment they refused??

I ordered two tracksuits and when my package arrived it was clear someone had intercepted / items had fallen out and I only received 1/2 tracksuits. I contacted Juicy customer support who came to the conclusion that the tracksuits were posted and that they were delivered. The delivery image didn’t show the package in the ‘proof’ of delivery so there was no evidence to support this and also failed to take into consideration my evidence of damage to the box. I’m currently over £200 out of pocket from Juicy and they’ve closed the investigation. I’m so devastated as they were a present for my daughter’s birthday. Really disappointed by this and will be warning others of my experience Order Number: JC_107352
