I purchased a tracksuit but the top was a different colour than the bottom, which was my mistake! The two colours looked the same in the shopping. To correct my mistake it cost me £12.00 to send it back.
It was ridiculous! In the end, I lost money on an online purchase that went wrong!

Some companies offer free returns but Juicy return policy is to choose your courier for a return, knowing that the customer will lose money instead of their company.

I would have reordered but I wouldn’t order or purchase an item of Juicy clothing again!

Placed an order JC56156 ballet pumps for my daughter all I've had is a confirmation email saying I've paid that's it ! Can't track order an have emailed customer services with no reply if I do not get some sort of correspondence frm yourselves I will be contacting Google pay an my bank about scam shopping!!!!!!!!!!

Updated when dispatched from ordering.delivered on time.my daughter was happy with shoes plus got a free tote bag which she uses as school bag overall experience excellent.would recommend this company.🌟

There was nothing amazing about it. It just came it was a little confusing because someone to a picture infringement of my door but left it in the garden

Had one item missing from my parcel- contacted customer service but didn’t receive a reply though it’s been days since. The one item I did receive wasn’t the best quality (feather trim started shedding a lot on the first wear) . Would avoid buying through the official site

Update: they did fix the issue by refunding the missing item

The shorts were not delivered to house but were left at Tavistock news agents bedford
- I went to collect twice but parcel not there apparently it’s in way back to you but payment has been taken

Purchaes Bought for my daughter she was very pleased. Very good quality, money well spent! arrived in good time.

Avoid ordering from them at any cost!!
Ordered 2 items (a T-shirt and some leggings), 4 days after they send me an email saying that they don’t actually have that T-shirt and that their website had issues.
A brand as developed as theirs is such poorly updated and maintained.
I Asked them for another T-shirt instead of that one but customer service never bothered to reply .
Couple of days after the carrier failed to attemp the delivery saying that It was refused and deliberately changed the delivery date as they were me (the customer).
Please just avoid these people because they don’t care about their customers and they won’t make up for their mistakes in any way.
You can shop juicy products on urban outfitters, quick delivery, friendly customer service and always up to date.

Friendly, efficient service. Always keeps you informed, very professional approach.

It fits perfect, however, the color it’s not the same as on the website. it’s the only reason i don’t really like it 😭

No communication what so ever, parcel wasn’t dispatched for 2 weeks, messaged by email, insta and Twitter and no one replied
