Ordered over a week ago

Ordered over a week ago, still not shipped, received nothing more than a confirmation email at time, was supposed to be a birthday present for my daughter which was yesterday. Non existent customer service, shocking considering I’ve spent nearly 200 pounds.

Order JC_51484 placed on 18th June and have not received anything other than automated order confirmation email. Tried to email customer service but received no reply. There’s no phone number to call the company. I would like to know where my order is.

How long does delivery take?

How long does delivery take?? I placed an order 5 days ago and only received my confirmation email, no delivery tracking or update, I’ve emailed twice and no response, what is the response time ??

I'm still waiting for my
delivery was scheduled for June 12 with DHL so I made myself available all day.. my package has been in customs clearance for 7 days and no news for a future delivery..5692762493

Online Haul

One of the socks I ordered had slight damage - a hole near the heel, which is a bit disheartening considering the socks aren't cheap 😭 The rest of the haul was excellent quality though.

Grateful to be able to buy some Juicy Couture products though 🙏

The €150 order limit and no chance of refunds or exchanges to Ireland is just really really frustrating. Plus why can't we order from JuicyCouture.com to deliver to Ireland - there's stock there that's not on the UK site that I would dearly love to own.

Terrible experience from a loyal…

Terrible experience from a loyal customer! I bought 5 items from them. A box arrived with 2 of the items. I reported this immediately to them. 4 days later they replied saying all items were delivered and provided me with the tracking number! I emailed back and told them I wasn’t disputing the delivery, and if they had read the email they would see I am missing 3 items! 4 days later a reply with a delivery photo - saying all items were delivered to me!!! I have replied again stating I did get delivery but missing 3 items & now want them refunded. They seem to think the delivery photo has X-ray vision! Rather than helping they have basically told me where to go! I have now contacted trading standards to report them & my credit card to raise a chargeback. I won’t be shopping with them ever again.

Super comfortable and luxurious

Super comfortable and luxurious, love the colours and prints.
My partner bought me a tracksuit and I absolutely love my sheer Lilac pieces they’re absolutely perfect for travelling, so soft and comfortable to relax in but I still look great when I arrive at my destination.
