Order JC_78400 Missing Parcel had no update from you in nearly a week.
I want this resolved asap as have had to replace elsewhere so £160 down.
Happy to change rating of review if resolved properly.

Never Delivered - No Customer Service Help

I placed an order on the European site four weeks ago. Was never delivered. The parcel status has remained as pending for two weeks showing clearly the parcel is lost. Despite many contacts with customer services all I get is fob off messages saying they are looking into it and nothing ever happens. I spent over £100 and received nothing!!!!!

Useless

I ordered an XS and got a XL and it took 3–5 days to get a solution via email going back and fourth with these meaningless emails and small talk. Which is such a delay you only have 14 days to send your items back.
Customer service skills are incredibly poor I wouldn’t recommend which is such a shame because I love their tracksuits but I will buy from indirect sellers I will never buy from the juicy couture website again they’re awful.
I was told I could not be reimbursed for my exchange despite the fact that it was not me who made the mistake I was sent the wrong size with the wrong tag. I’m super disappointed but I’m not surprised after looking at these reviews.
If you want juicy items go to selfridges etc buying directly from their website is useless.

When did juicy turn in to 95%polyester?

I have been buying juicy for a while now for my wife and always thought it was great quality but it’s not it’s dam awful. Why because it’s 95% polyester. Go look that up and how bad it can be for you and also go look up frequencies of the body and frequency of things. polyester is 0 because it’s crap and cheap so not only is it plastic your wearing but your being ripped off for it with there prices.
Very clever juicy but I won’t be playing any more. Honestly some people may read this and think I’m nuts but go look this stuff up it’s very real. Shame on you juicy for churning out utter crap for the same money when it used to be cotton. Cotton 70mz organic cotton 100mz wool 5000mz linen 5000mz polyester 0mz

Not a happy customer

Not a happy customer, bought for 350euros, shipped with the cheapest and slowest shipping company, too 3 weeks to come to France. For this amount you could have shipped with DHL or UPS. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. When it came, 2nd mistake they made, instead to pack in neutral plastic, they packed in a bag scraming JC all over the place. Fantastic for thefts and custom issues, Well NEVER AGAIN

After reading these reviews and still not getting a reply on my email from juicy couture it looks like I won’t be getting my order. I haven’t had a dispatch email yet. It’s been 6 days. I will wait a bit longer and update here! But it doesn’t seem promising. They’ll take your money and not even reply to your emails🙄
UPDATE: it says my order has been dispatched so I will update once I get my order.

Discount code problem. I’ve downloaded the app as directed to…

I’ve downloaded the app as directed to get the discount. All good. Track Suit in the basket for check out. Code in and £210 becomes £168 EXCEPT IT DOES NOT.
Right at the very end as I’ve already go my PayPal code etc for security it tells me the code cannot be used at the moment. Why? This is annoying. It’s the reason I installed the app. What’s going on. I want this for my granddaughter for Christmas Present but I’m not buying from a Company that seduces you with an offer the withdraws it.

Easy and quick delivery but no free returns

Easy and quick delivery but sizing is inconsistent, leading me to have to buy multiple times with a flat return fee each time. Experience would be better if UK returns were free. But generally the service is good and any issues I’ve had have been resolved. Restocking issues also mean I miss out on what I want too.

Easy to order from the website

Easy to order from the website. Delivery came sooner than expected and packaged extremely well. The purchase is for my teenage daughter for Christmas but she loves her juicy tracksuits and accessories so know she will love this new item.
