They stole my money spent 595 pounds with them and brought in the drop of the daydreamer bags I never received two of my bags they was missing from the parcel and they refused to refund me or send a replacement I will be taking them to small claims court as they ignore emails and refuse to do a thing very bad customer service thief’s order JC_102766 I wouldn’t trust them when things goes wrong they steal your money

DISGUSTING, AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!
I purchased THE ICONS | BLACK 'HAVE NO FEAR' BABY TEE from Juicy Couture and noticed a while after the print was FAULTY and cracked even though I had never worn it. I emailed customer service and after 8 days they replied arranging a collection for me through DPD for the following day. I emailed telling them I didn’t have an original delivery note and was told to write specific details down on paper and put them in the package. I did this and took a photo of it before sending it off. I can see on my DPD tracking app that Juicy Couture received this return on the 22nd, 14 days ago. Yes, FOURTEEN days ago. I haven’t even had an email acknowledging they have received it. I have emailed customer service twice, and sent them a DM on Instagram. No answer. I WANT MY REFUND IMMEDIATELY.

I have contacted customer service begging them to help as the DPD delivery driver has stolen my parcel. Contacted DPD who told me I must contact Juicy in order for them to contact their account manager for the courier service and get my refund / resend my tracksuit. I have attached the images and proof that he pretended to deliver to my neighbour who is called Elizabeth (my name is Faith). I spent £130 on this tracksuit and no-one has gotten back to me about my enquiry. DPD also did not have the contact details of the driver... Juicy Couture should use a different more trustworthy delivery driver. Once again in the email all images of proof are attached.

The communication is disgusting I have ordered a velour tracksuit and it’s come and I’ve tried it onall good put it on to wear and there was a whole on the seams in 2 places I have contacted via email Facebook TikTok and instagram and I am getting no response I spent £180 on this tracksuit.
I have finally got a reply on email arranged a collection and it was never collected and now my emails are not being responded too again.

Really appalled with the customer service at Juicy. I sent back a pair juicy velor 'scorpio' velour tracksuit bottoms which were incorrectly labelled as 'scorpio' which were in fact 'libra' I posted the trousers tracked on the 31/12/24 and juicy say they have no record of the trousers arriving. I have not sent numerous times a screen shot of the receipt - postage was tracked thank goodness, which they say was blurry so enlarged it and not blurry at all!! And still no reply. I only wanted the trousers exchanged for 'scorpio' and to a larger size. What is wrong with their customer service - it is 24/1/25 now and still not any closer to a response. So surprised that such a well know brand has such a shocking customer service. I even had to pay for my own postage back even though it was JC fault - cost £9.35. Re:£80 velour 'scorpio' trousers please exchange for a medium if you read this.

Ordered a tracksuit at £160 but only received the bottoms and not the top. Chased customer service for days and all I have had is a reply showing tracking saying order delivered, which yes it has been, but with a missing item. The lack of personality & manners in the one email I have received is unacceptable. There is no other way to contact as no phone number. Reading reviews on here I am very worried that I will never get a response to sort this issue. Of course if I hear that a refund has been issued I would change my review on here because I appreciate that mistakes do happen, but it is how they are resolved that is the key to return customers. If anybody from juicy sees this & wishes to look into it then my order number is 96317, thanks.

Order JC_90683. Not a peep from them. I returned size medium top and bottoms on 27th December and still no response. I asked for a replacement and they haven't even messaged back as courtesy. Really poor. I would.lile my refund. They are holding around £130 of mines.

Missing Item From Order And No Response!
JC_92548 I received my order that I spent £629 on and one of my tracksuit bottoms are MISSING! I’ve emailed over and over, filled out customer support emails and contacted via social media and no response. Yet when I was asking when a bag would be back in stock you replied within the hour. There’s been various posts pushing sales yet you can’t respond which is really poor customer service! I’ve sent photo evidence of the missing item and I’m currently down £85. From the looks of it others are commenting on Juicy’s social regarding missing items and no responses! Not a happy customer. I’ve been a loyal customer and this is very poor. I’m happy to change my review if I am contacted and this is resolved.

Love my New Daydreamer bags. Great packaging and quick shipping.
If I could leave 0 I would . Ordered joggers they sent the wrong ones. Now I have to pay to return them. Guess what no QRcode or nothing . I’ve emailed and got nowhere. Had it to lots of different postal agencies and nowhere is accepting the parcel. JC_79646. Making it impossible to return stuff is shady, And even worse customers have to pay for your incompetence. Scammers !

They deleted the black dog heritage collection from their website along with other items that were in stock the night before my purchase
Customer service won’t respond to my emails and it’s very ridiculous
