Absolutely amazing - my daughter loves the holiday clubs from JAG. They have theme weeks and plan lots of fun activities daily to ensure the kids have the best time. All things planned are included in the daily price so it really is the best value. The location is perfect for us and the staff members that were looking after my daughter were brilliant and provided a safe, fun environment. Thank you JAG!

This has been a life saver in the summer holidays. My son throughly enjoyed his time at summer club Biggleswade Academy. He couldn’t wait to return and said it was so much fun. It’s easy to book online, and use your gov account to save 20%. He did a week and then odd days. They have introduced a password for collect and behind a secure gate. I’m so glad this has been an option on our area. Will be using again!

My 5 year old loved every minute of being in Junior Adventures Summer Camp Lakeview. He was excited every time he went on route in car.
All the staff were so happy and friendly and he felt happy and safe with them all.
This experience has given him the basis for starting school this week.
I will be definitely coming back for October half term.

Juniors adventure group was a fantastic setting for my daughter during half-term. The staff were very attentive and there was never a dull moment; with well thought out activities each day. My daughter had an amazing time and the staff consistently communicated with me about how my daughter was during the day. Truly a magic team, thank you from Phoenix

Evie only attended one day a week at jag, but she was so excited to attend, she made lots of friends and the staff were amazing with her, there were always lots of activities to keep her occupied and she is excited to be attending for the next session

Thank you Julia and Sofia for their excellent work, they've helped my child grow, learned, or developed confidence, and how much you appreciate their patience, kindness, and the nurturing environment they've created during the holiday club.

The club itself is fine- same good experience as when all the staff were under a different management company. However, the website booking system is absolutely terrible - the worst I have ever used of any company ever. Impossible to adjust times. Busy parents do not have time for this. I won’t use them for holiday clubs anymore.

My children had attended quite a few camps now at JAG. The staff are always helpful and professional. The camps sometimes run thematic weeks. My children have loved the petting zoo and the tech camp. Very good value for money.

Decided to give booking holiday club another try. Think this will be the last time. Usual venue cancelled, advised to book next venue nearby... except the discount code given doesn't work.... and the next venue nearby does not run on one of the weeks I need so how I am going to rebook at this venue must require some kind of miracle. So now it has cost me more to book for less days owing to original discount not being honoured and new code not working. Customer service do not seem to care or be responsive. Holiday club cancelled at usual venue each holiday. Really hoping school go with another provider for holiday clubs. A shame as no issues with wraparound. Staff are fab. Shame the management make poor decisions and do not care about the kids at all. If it was a one off, fine. But every holiday, c'mon now! Same promises, same broken promises to grow numbers.

JAG have been running the wrap around care at my daughters school for almost 2 years. The experience I have had with them has been awful. They have cancelled 5 sessions in the last 6 months with less than 24 hours notice. They say they have done everything they can to keep the sessions running I do not believe this. There adult to child ratio is also high. I have a regular payment set up to make payment via childcare vouchers and yet they still chase me for money. I will not be using them again and do not want to give them any more of my money.

JAG are absolutely disgusting and do nothing but lie. Since experiencing a medical emergency and being a little overdue with payment, I reached out to JAG and they offered to provide support, the second time only as they claimed they hadn’t received an email which I first sent. Despite me sending that same email twice over as a forwarded message for 2 different sets of correspondence. They then refer straight to a debt collection without acknowledgement of email claiming they haven’t received said email when it was responded to by them? I would never trust JAG, the care for my child has been great but the actually company goes against respecting consumer law. Avoid at allll costs.

Junior Adventures Group provides great services for children. We have used their after school club for 5 years and the holiday clubs in three locations. All great! My son enjoys all of them. He talks about his next half term a lot. He cannot wait to go to the Windrush school again. Love it.

My children enjoy the playscheme, they get to swim, play in the soft play area and do lots of fun activities, games and arts & crafts.

Daughter attended Queens Diamond Jubilee (Rugby) holiday club this week and loved it, all staff were interacting with the children when I picked her up and were very helpful/chatty. Top notch

My daughter was suffering from Bullying and no one did anything. Now she has bad psychological consequences. I called many times the head office but nothing has been put in place.

The wraparound care at my children’s primary school only started in January (High Wych). Both my children are loving it and it has been a welcome addition to have a breakfast club facility. The honey hoops in the morning have had my youngest slipping into breakfast club in the mornings 🍯. The staff have been fantastic and they are very helpful!

My little boy loved coming to the holiday club so much he has asked to go back even on the days he doesn’t need to

My son really enjoyed the Xtreme Arena today at Evendons. Wouldn’t stop talking about the fun he had. Loved that Josh played guitar & piano, and wants him to come back to Evendons again soon and play more music

Continual cancellation of holiday clubs. Wraparound is usually fine, but not a reliable company for holiday clubs at all. Seems focused solely on financial viability rather than providing childcare in the community the child lives in. Only alternative offered is to put my child in a car and drive to another venue. This is put to us like it is nothing and completely acceptable practice. Shows company as a whole is money and profit focused not child focused. It is a real shame as some of the venue staff are lovely, just a shame the managers (who don't know the kids yet make the decisions) aren't bothered!
Real shame as my little girl loves the clubs, activities and play leaders
