I've USED JAG holiday clubs for a while now and the one at the Crescent School in Eastleigh is great. My daughter loves going, always makes friends and even sees some of the same faces coming each half term. JAG plan an action packed week/weeks with themes that really entertain the kids and at the end of each day my daughter tells me what they did with a massive smile on her face. The staff are always so welcoming and happy. Would definitely recommend and it's well worth the cost especially if you book all week.

My daughter attends JAG in Chislehurst. The staff are kind, energetic and friendly. My daughter loves going there and it’s not too expensive. Highly recommend.

First time for my son to come to copper box for the holiday week. He enjoyed it very much and I've been very happy with the experience here. Sophie is amazing. It's hard for my son and I as he's not understood as much as he has asd and adhd but being here has been a great experience for us he will definitely be back next time

My son went to holiday club in Amersham Chiltern Leisure center on 17th Feb. The club finishes at 5.30. When I arrived there at 5.27 the receptionist tells me to go to soft play area where kids are. I went there and found my son standing outside of door alone lost and scared. No one was there. There was no sign out. I was furious and went to the hall where I left him in the morning and no one was there. How can you leave 6 year old child all alone by himself? this is unacceptable behaviour. He is only 6. It is affecting my mental health since. If you have no capacity to look after kids why you running it. Upon complaining someone called and said they will investigate. Shocking service.

Incredibly poor customer service. My child has been with this company for two years and, whilst the care she receives from the people at the club seems to be good, the club itself is impossible to contact!!

I use JAG for holiday clubs, they are amazing. Not only are they flexible and affordable but they come up with fantastic activities for the kids everyday, my kids love it. Though I don’t use the after school clubs I don’t know what I’d do if I didn’t have JAG support in the holidays

I truly believe that this school in Ealing is exceptional. From the head teacher to the nursery staff, everyone is incredibly supportive and understanding. They genuinely listen to my concerns and demonstrate professionalism and a proactive approach in addressing them.
If only there were 10 stars to give—they truly deserve every one of them!

My son uses the JAG wrap around care at Benson Primary school. The booking system is pretty intuitive, availability is good, staff are attentive and very helpful, and they do a huge range of activities with the kids. Food is nutritional with good portion sizes, with a good amount of themed sessions. Haven’t really got a bad word to say, overall it is an excellent facility that I would recommend to anyone.

The booking service is poorly managed and seems to lack concern for its customers. The facilities are often dirty and poorly lit, which has made my kids afraid to use the restrooms. Despite making reservations well in advance—ranging from one to six months—we still find ourselves on the waiting list. The logistics for accommodating demand are insufficient, and there is a clear disregard for customer needs, resulting in unreliable service.
I have followed up multiple times for confirmation but have received no positive responses. Other parents are also expressing their frustrations regarding this unacceptable service. Even with early bookings, we continue to end up on the waiting list. The lack of adequate logistics to manage demand is unacceptable, and overall, the service remains unreliable.
Recently, they changed their cancellation policy to require cancellations more than a week in advance, which discourages parents from making last-minute cancellations that could free up unused slots. Essentially, they never lose out.

My daughter goes to wraparound club most days. She really enjoys the time there playing with her friends and the staff. It is great help for working parents!

Appalling website that does not allow parents to simply see what the offer is. Instead the parent is directed into a terribly designed process of registration. Nothing I have used on the website works well - the login system offers regitration through Google account, but it doesn't work, the maps are incredibly small and not granular enough, and when you have to choose your child's date of birth you have to page to the date month by month. Just amateurish and gives no confidence in their ability to manage professional care.

Good after-school club
My son is at St Edmund's Primary School, and he enjoys the sessions. It is much better than the previous club, which he very reluctantly attended. However, three things bother me: first, there is a high fluctuation of carers and there is no introduction of new carers, for example, by telling their names. Even the children sometimes do not know their names. Second, It seems that two carers are not always present, and I am sure this is a safeguarding issue. Third, we were sent incident reports during the first 6 months of the camp under the previous manager, but that stopped, although my son came home with injuries. Nothing serious, but we were not told about how they happened by the carers nor by an incident report.
All in all, we are happy with the club, and we hope that the personnel situation will be more stable soon.

I have been procrastinating writing this review but have decided to write at this time, in other to inform parents thinking about sending their children for holidays activities.
In summary, I signed up my daughter in advance for half term activities and paid fully for those days.
Unfortunately, my daughter became ill and she was not able to attend those activities be booked for.
I wrote to Junior Adventures Group, requesting a refund but they refused to make any refunds.
I wrote to Junior Adventures Group explaining to them that my daughter was unwell which required us going to hospital. What did Junior Adventures Group do? They replied to me with a generic email which bears no link to the content of my email, not even a sympathy for the little child.
This company is only interested in money, they are not child friendly. I will be very reluctant to recommend them

So happy to have JAG at our school!
Junior Adventures Group provides the morning and after school childcare provision at my daughter's primary school, for which I am so grateful for. The booking system is easy to use and you can also speak with real person anytime. JAG is there for us for scheduled care and for those days when things pop up. As a working mum of 3, I don't know how we would manage without JAG. Thank you Mr. Jack and the team for keeping our kids safe, happy and engaged. Thank you JAG for bringing solutions to parents everywhere!

My son went few times now to the club at Whiteheath Primary school and he absolutely loves it! He always impatiently waiting for next time. Adults are always great there and my son has regular children friends. They also always have lots of different activities for kids. Will definitely keep using them. Thank you ))

Everything is last minutes. Poor time management. The back office doesn’t have enough staff to support. It has wasted my time and that of my two young children for the current half term holidays. I regret very much that I have chosen Junior Adventure Group. It is a nightmare. I won’t recommend Junior Adventure Group. Fantastic Kids is a far much better choice.

My son was very excited about attending an "inventor" day at his primary school during this October half term. Turned out that all he got to do his own invention was a wooden stick! Also he was constantly bothered by another child at ths table ( she was just snatching things from his hand) and when he asked for help to the supervising adults, they just did not care and did nothing. Also these supervisors were constantly shouting and unfriendly, according to him. Very sad.
We'll probably never go back and do not recommend this to anyone.

My daughter goes to the school where JAG runs the after school club… I had an important hospital appointment last week so booked her into JAG for an hour and a half… Unfortunately the hospital kept me for hours longer than expected AND my phone battery died before I could let JAG know AND then my bus got stuck in horrendous stand still traffic due to an incident. As I sat on the bus I was so panicked I burst into tears. I’m usually very responsible & have a full battery but we all make mistakes when we’re unwell and under pressure. I eventually arrived at JAG (late) and was met by the most warm, kind and understanding members of staff. Not only had they looked after my daughter exceptionally well, but they had also comforted her. She was impressed at the ‘delicious food’ they fed her too. I was then reassured by a member of staff who explained that these things happen to the best of us and even went out of his way to describe a time when a similar chaotic thing had happened to him… I felt really happy and calm and both my daughter and I left in a good place… I’m so impressed with the kindness and patience of the staff at JAG and will definitely use them again!

Worst Activity club ever. My son has special needs and was told that they support his needs and are an inclusive club but that was not true and he was completely neglected. Staff are very rude and don't even try to help a disabled or special needs child. Not recommended at all.

The JAG team at Grange Primary School Ealing are fantastic. They get to know each child, strive to make clubs and camps fun and engaging, and communicate well with parents. Not only have I often seen them at school events outside of their usual JAG obligations but they also organise extra curricular activities such as football against local schools. This weekend my child joined friends from JAG in attending an NFL match at Wembley Stadium where every aspect including safety, transport, food and fun were thought of. Thank you so very much for the incredible opportunity!
