Excellent service and quality
We had 5 sets of venetian blinds and they are excellent quality. We ordered over the telephone with Eileen and she was lovely and very knowledgable. They were delivered quickly and the fitter was punctual and professional. Would definitely use this service again if looking for blinds !!

So on ordering blinds I gave precise measurements, and the system stated they would make the necessary deductions so they would fit correctly.
Width of window reveal to reveal 66.7 cm, and behold they came in at 70.2cm? Have you got tape measures to make them?????
Now I have to cut them to fit ,CUSTOM!!!!!! 😆

Cannot fault Just Blinds. Nathan came out to provide us with a quote for 5 lots of blinds and Alan fitted them all 2 weeks later. Both Nathan and Alan were a pleasure to work with and the ladies in customer service were most helpful and very responsive. Blinds are a great quality and look lovely. Thankyou to everyone at Just Blinds, with a special mention to Alan! I will definitely be using them again and recommending to all family and friends.

Did not turn up
I rang just blinds with confidence they would come. They didn’t turn up, I’ve emailed to say nobody turned up and they still have not got to me. I work in emergency services so having time off isn’t exactly easy
I would like to say with all honesty…
I would like to say with all honesty that just blinds are brilliant as they have just provided for me some of the best blinds I have ever purchased.
I can say that the quality is exceptional.
Although I ordered blinds for my new kitchen they have really fitted the bill.
I suspect most of the staff are ladies as the workmanship is definitely not that of a gentleman.
The only thing is probably the delivery where it would be nice to know the courier time of delivery, but that was not an issue for me as I received an email from just blinds saying they had been sent by courier and a couriers' turnaround is normally 24 hrs as it did arrive within that time.
So all in all would recommend to all.

Not sure about this company as yet. Adam came to measure for new blinds, lounge, bedroom, bathroom and kitchen. He was very helpful and polite, but advised we may be able to have the blinds fitted the following week.
This was 18/9/24. I rang 19/9/24 to check how to make payment. I was told payment was made when the blinds had been fitted, as the woman who ordered the blinds was out of the office, she would order them the next day 20/9/24. They would take 2 weeks
23/9/24 I got a phone call asking if I still wanted to go ahead and requesting a deposit, which I was happy to pay. Only then did the member of staff reveal that the blinds had not yet been ordered. Which now means a further delay
I have been given 9/10/24, I will wait to see what happens

I've had a long outstanding order , the excuse I been getting is oh not in stock it's on order from china ring back in a few months time,
Now the number on the card is obsolete, the 0800 number goes to answer phone (rung 3 times with weeks apart) and no one rings back

Long delays and no communication
Fitter attended the property to measure up in March and advised a 12 week turnaround. We received a card via post to advise the blinds were on route 6 weeks ago however aside from this zero communication, despite it now being nearly 5 months since the blinds were supposedly ordered.
This was chased last month to be told they were stuck abroad somewhere but would be here for August. It is now the 8th of August, there has been no update again and the time period advised has lapsed.
In the past we have used Hillary Blinds for all our blinds but chose an independent company who promised a quicker turnaround than Hillary’s, who had advised it would be circa 12 weeks.
Next time we will go back to Hillary’s and won’t be recommending Just Blinds to anyone; the price is similar anyway.
It is the confusing generic postal communication coupled by the complete lack of update from the office that has completely disappointed us. Very poor.
This company is terrible
This company is terrible! They should be re-named "JustAppaling". The communication is sparce and poor. I'm based in Manchester. I arranged an afternoon slot, with great difficulty I might add, because the email doesn't tell you what time someone will be attending (am I supposed to guess this information??) So you have send multiple emails, only to have most of them go ignored. Then on the day of my appointment, I had someone from this company blowing up my phone at 8am, saying he'll be with me in 10 minutes. Do they know not the difference between morning and afternoon?
Outstanding Service
Oh wow from start to finish just blinds are the absolute best. I was a little worried about some of the not great reviews. I did not need to be worried as this company is genuinely second to none. They kept in touch and we even got them earlier than expected. The fitter was so professional and worked efficiently and fast. Made up. Thank you

Poor service for an elderly women
I’m writing on behalf of my elderly grandmother who has been let down 3 times by this company. She has paid her deposit and on 3 occasions her fitting appointment have either been cancelled or the wrong products arrived.
Poor communication with the company.
I’ve attempted to call the company personally and been unsuccessful.
My elderly grandmother is extremely upset thinking she has been scammed

I recently had a quote from Just Blinds at their Preston branch for a couple of blinds to be put up. All was well with this. I have rung them back several times now about giving them a deposit for this. There has been little effort from them to return any of messages by mobile or text. Very disappointed by this.
