Not anymore!!!! - as my blackout blinds have arrived in super fast time. Yes they are brilliant, yes the service and communication was top notch - The bright early sun that tends to wake me up at 5am didn't this morning. Delighted - Literally !!

Had someone come messure up and was given a great price , a week later all my blinds have been fitted and look great , the fitter was very polite and tidy didn't take long to fit the blinds at all overall im very pleased and would 100% recommend
81 days for an incomplete order!
Reading Diane's review it could have been me! I placed an order for vertical blind slats on March 13th and their website stated a 7 - 10 day delivery. I didn't phone the first time until about a month had passed, I was told, and received an email, on April 13th to say they had been dispatched. Many, many calls since, often to an answering service that tells you to leave a message but its full, I finally received today, June 1st, 8 of the 24 slats I'd ordered. I went with this company because they supposedly could produce slats of two different widths in the same fabric but I was told that unfortunately they'd made them all in the same width! As it is I only received one element so I can't comment on that. I complained and received a £15 discount on an £85 order which in no way compensates the time and hassle involved. I bought all my other blinds from Blinds2Go who are superb, I'd suggest you use them, avoid Just-blinds.

Poor Service - Order Still Not Received After 2 months
I placed an order on 21st March for some replacement slats for my vertical blinds. I had always ordered from Just Blinds before and had no problem. However, this time has been very different. I have chased this order up several times and had no response either to messages left on the voicemail or to emails. I received an email from them on 4th May, saying that the blinds had been dispatched but, as at 19th May, have not received them. Tried to ring the Wigan number and the 0800 number and, again, no response. Messages left with order number but not confident that I'll get a response as to where my blind slats are. This is not good customer service.

Colours not as advertised on website
When my blinds arrived they were clearly a very different colour to the one that was pictured on the website. I shared photos and requested a refund but they refused. I appreciate colours can vary on screens but I've viewed the image on multiple devices, adjusting brightness and contrast and it's clearly different to the colour they claim it is. I've had to bin the blinds I paid for and re-order from elsewhere. Unless you're not too bothered about the colour, best to shop elsewhere.

Not received my order placed over a month ago
Placed an order for vertical slats on 8th March and had an email that they had gone to production on the 9th, however I've yet to receive them.
Been struggling to get an answer on where they are but having no joy. Spoke to them yesterday twice with a promise that they would call me back this morning and I've heard a thing.
This certainly is not they way to treat customers.
I am now going to have to go through the pain of getting my money back.

Ordered two replacement headrails for…
Ordered two replacement headrails for vertical blinds gave measurements and within a week they had been made, sent and arrived at my home. Blinds put up and working well-new headrails are of good quality, not at all flimsy and I will be replacing other headrails I have that I can see of inferior quality to my new ones.

5* service. The transaction was excellent, from ordering to delivery. A big thank you to you all for my replacement headrail. Great price and delivered today and I only ordered it on Monday!

Be warned
Just contacted just blinds as noticed 10 slats in conservatory vertical blinds have faded. Looks like they are made of different fabric batch. Their response was not in guarantee period and not offered any help to resolve. Avoid them as after sales is disgraceful. Just left me with issue!!

From start to finish the service has been great. The quote was put in writing, the other company that quoted refused to do this.
Every member of staff has been friendly and efficient.
The fitting was quick and done well with the blinds looking good and working properly.

Poor organisation
Booked a measuring appointment with the Manchester office. Told them I need to go out before 4pm and they said no problem. At 3.10pm I rang as there was a no show and they said its booked before 4pm. So they got the sales man to call me and he said he wasn't aware of the time restrictions as the office hadn't told him. So I rearranged my plans to make sure someone was home and now at 4.50pm they have TEXT to cancel.
If they can't even arrange a simple task like measuring up I'll go elsewhere. I think I've had a lucky escape.

Great quality, arrived quickly & good value
Great Quality especially for the price, fitting is straight forward for a DIY’er, taking a couple of hours from unpacking to fitting 4 blinds. Transformed the room and look very similar to shutters for 1/4 of the price (50mm real wood venetian with tapes)
