My head was thrown into a spin 6 months ago on the news we were expecting twins! Having needed almost a degree to buy a pram 3 years ago for our first child, I knew I needed guidance and hand holding on the purchase of yet another pram as the existing one is clearly unable to cater for our new needs! I purchased an iCandy pushchair and BeSafe car seat from Just Another Baby recently which I am delighted with! I was undecided about which pushchair to buy but the lady who served me knew all the products well and was able to advise me on which pushchair may suit my lifestyle best.

I was able to have a full demonstration on a number of pushchairs and travel systems and could even see which one fitted in the boot of my car the best thanks to the off-road parking right outside.

I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Just Another Baby to any friends or colleagues who are pregnant or thinking about purchasing any new baby products.

Our 2 year old managed to break part of our Besafe car seat, Charlie, contacted the manufacturer to organise despatch of replacement parts direct to us, even though we hadnt bought it from them . As we were without a car seat while waiting to repair it we needed a new one same day. They had one in stock that we were able to arrange collection of by one of our friends, needing some extra parts to allow us to put it in other cars, she ordered them up to be sent direct.

I wanted a grobag in a particular design and in a certain tog but where ever I went I just couldn't find it so I looked online and found justanotherbaby.co.uk not only with what I wanted in stock but at a very good price (compared to places like mothercare, toys r us etc) so I ordered instantly. My order was with me in a good time and I was emailed a receipt as well as communication informing me that my item had been sent and a tracking number so I knew exactly when my item would arrive. Once my item arrived it was in excellent condition and nicely wrapped in paper (was almost like opening a gift :)) for me this was excellent service in a world where service has gone to the dogs. I ordered a changing bag from JAB and realised that I may have ordered the wrong one. I rang customer service and they were very, very helpful and informed me it was the correct item. The bag was however out of stock and had to be ordered from Germany but I rec'd phonecalls from the JAB team keeping me informed of the situation and when I'd expect to receive the item. It arrived as I'd been informed and everything was perfect with it. Very impressed with whole service. I had a look at their other products and my only thought was, if they did a bigger range of items, I'd have been happy to buy more in preparation for the arrival of our child, due to the excellent service. I was also surprised that I'd not heard of them before.
