Good price for brand name item. Delivery was timely but not speedy.

Charlie offers a personal, honest service which you cannot find on the high street. The advice given is professional and expert but also based on real life experiences from Charlie's own children and we found this really reassuring. From start to finish, the process was smooth and easy, and we'll be back should we need anything else in future.

Faultless in every way. From the moment we turned up on the first day (Sunday, for some reason thinking they would be open but they weren't!) The lovely owner - forgive me I have forgotten your name - opened anyway and spent more than an hour with us. Her knowledge about prams, baby seats and everything else was amazing. Not at all pushy. Courteous, charming and supremely helpful. Needless to say we bought pram ...and seat ...and a few other things as well. Price was great too. Huge thanks

We found Charlie a huge help and are really happy with all our purchases. She made the whole process so easy for us and her advice and suggestions were priceless, especially as this is our first child. Charlie has followed up with us to make sure we received everything (which we did and super quickly too) and has checked in since to make sure we are OK with using everything. We cannot recommend Charlie enough. An experienced and calming influence that helped get us prepared at what otherwise could have been a stressful time!

Excellent personalised service. I ordered a baby carrier to be delivered to Perth, Western Australia. Just Another Baby provided constant communication and support, even when there were a few unexpected delays from the delivery service. Highly recommended.

I visited thier showroom to try out various car seats. This is something that is very hard in my area and impossible for Besafe seats. The show room allows you to do this with ease and the staff were very helpful. This made choosing the correct seat for my little one and car much easier. I ordered my choice of seat online and collected it as I was passing by. However I would have been able to choose my day of delivery.

Just received such great service I felt I had to give Just Another Baby a good review! The showroom was really easy to find and there was parking on site. We were able to view all the items we wished to see and the lady was really knowledgeable about all the products we needed. I feel safe in the knowledge that we have everything we need for the arrival of our new baby!
