A really good range of products available to try and buy. Charlie was very helpful and demonstrated the pram and travel seat brilliantly. She also showed us how to fit the travel seat into our car which was really helpful. Nothing was too much trouble for her and she communicated brilliantly. Thank you... will recommend.

Charlie was super helpful, patient and knowledgeable. We were able to 'test drive' lots of options. The home delivery option is a nice touch. If you're looking for personal service and lots of 'test driveable' options I'd highly recommend.

Charlie has been ever so helpful with all the information and demonstrations, it is really reassuring to deal with someone so knowledgeable and patient when committing to quite a big purchase that you will be using daily. We went with Cybex Balios and were able to personalise the order to suit our needs. Charlie was also very understanding and accommodating when it came to changes with our order due to personal circumstances - something that I know a lot of businesses would have said "not our problem" to. All in all, we could not recommend Just another baby enough, great products, great customer experience and a lovely knowledgeable person to deal with.

Very helpful when showing us the pushchair bundle and demonstrating extras like the isofix base. There were unfortunately delays with receiving some parts (in no way the company’s fault!), but Charlie was always quick to respond to emails and keep us up-to-date. We’ve now got a beautiful joie set and are looking forward to using it when baby arrives !

Me and my husband were determined to find a pram shop where we could actually go and test prams,have a feel of them and decide which was best for us.
On arrival at Just Another Baby, we were suprised at how many there were to choose from, we were politely greeted by Charlie and she was very helpful and in the know about every bundle.

The pram we chose was lightweight, folded nicely and had a choice of colours. As I was after something abit different.
We found the whole experience really good and would deffo reccomend.

We are both very happy with our choice!

Our daughter had looked at several brands of travel systems online, when we met with Charlie she showed us the one our daughter wanted, but when she suggested see how it collapses and fits in the boot of the car, we were shocked to find it wouldn't fit without taking the wheels off, back to the drawing board, with Charlie's help she showed us other systems we could try, what we then choose was better all round and with Charlie's help and knowledge made everything so easy, would definitely recommend just another baby to anyone, so much better than looking at pictures online.

As it happens going to this lovely shop in COVID made for a perfect shopping experience. We booked a slot and had lovely Charlie’s attention to ourselves for an hour. She was very knowledgable and demonstrated everything we needed to see. Absolutely no pressure to purchase but when she did work it all out for us it was a great price. Why go to impersonal company stores when you can go to a great local shop whose range of products is better than anywhere else in the South West!

Excellent customer service, very welcoming and friendly. Charlie was knowledgeable about products and remembered who I was when I came back.

Placed an order online and the next day i was told it was unavailable due to quality issues, after speaking to the brand who’s item it was they said this was not the case it was just out of stock. I was then offered an alternative or just part of my order, i was ordering a moses basket set - what’s the point in the stand and sheets if i don’t have a basket.
Got a refund the next day but i was trying to support a small business, so it’s a shame really!

Cannot fault this service one bit. Amazingly fast delivery over a Bank Holiday, helpful staff, easy to order online, no pressure, great product knowledge.
Also let me come and try out both car seats I was interested in. Offered me a payment plan which I didnt need to take in the end. They were happy to store the seat at their premises until i needed it and also waited beyond closing to allow me to collect.

I called up for some advice, they were massively helpful. Item was exactly as we hoped and delivered very quickly! Thrilled and highly recommend!
