Quick and convenient. Good product

Loved the whole experience of buying our pram from start to finish. Great communication and loved that we had our own appointment slot so that we could get all of the information we needed. Will definitely use this company again.

Charlie at Just Another Baby was fantastic. She gave really helpful and impartial advice with no pressure. She offer to store our products until we needed them as well. Can’t recommend her enough.

We’re expecting our first baby and were completely clueless with where to start, but Charlie was so knowledgable and helpful and really made us feel as ease, with no pushy sales. Having the chance to book a private slot to go in and have the freedom to ask silly questions and try different prams and car seats with no pressure was amazing. I contacted Charlie through Instagram and she always responds incredibly quickly which is great. I would definitely recommend!

Really great shop with fab customer service. Found the whole process of looking for a pram overwhelming until we met Charlie - she listened to our needs and helped us find the perfect travel system. She was also on hand to answer assembly questions - responded to an email I sent within minutes! I’ve already recommended the place to my friends who have had similar positive experiences.

With our first baby on the way shopping was a nightmare as all baby shops seem to have closed down locally. We wanted an off road buggy and Charlie could not have been more helpful in going through what was available in different price ranges and what the positives and negatives were about each item. At no point did we feel pushed to make a decision or even buy through Charlie. We decided on a buggy a couple of days after our appointment and Charlie was completely transparent with delivery times etc and the fact delays were likely (as with everything currently).

These guys made our experience easy and pain free and we have a beautiful off road buggy ready for our little ones arrival.

Good range of items in stock, and item arrived quickly once dispatched. Would have appreciated more clarity on delivery times for individual items.

The only place I could find a new replacement mattress for our second hand 2014 upper baby carrycot - arrived in good time and condition and it fits perfectly

Charlie was amazing and very helpful. She helped my partner and I pick the perfect pram. She had loads of amazing options and was very knowledge on each design. We also chose our nursery furniture from her and the next to me crib (snuzpod). Great independent shop with an excellent set up.

Absolutely amazing service! I ordered a cot bed on their website. The next day they got in touch to apologise and inform me it wasn’t in stock any longer and they offered alternatives. Their customer service was second to none. It came really fast too. The delivery driver was a bit rough with my parcel to the point he damaged the box but thankfully the product was not damaged. Highly recommend the shop!

And to top it off offered a free home delivery.

I Received my Joie pram and car seat today, delivered to my parents. I am in love with it. Also Charlie made the whole experience of choosing, communicating and delivery very easy. I would 100% recommend for first times mums like me that knew nothing about prams! Thank you :)
