The reason for my visit was to have a look at prams as there is hardly anywhere locally where you can actually test drive them in person. I was having a hard time choosing with such a vast amount available online. Charlie’s knowledge and advice was invaluable and there were so many options to look at in store. Once I had chosen my pram, the ordering process was quick and simple and when I collected Charlie gave me another run down of how everything worked. I cannot recommend her services enough and would definitely visit just another baby first for any other baby products.

What a waste of time ordering from this site. Nothing in stock. Refunded the money which took about 4 days.

Had such a great experience looking at prams and we were given lots of options and shown through all the details. We were also really grateful that we were offered to store our pram at her store until closer to my due date as she heard me mentioning I was looking for compact pram as our flat is smaller. Such excellent service and have recommended to others and will continue to do so.
