really bad service.

really bad service.
ordered mcdonalds in Penang through the app.
told them what hotel i was staying at. driver phoned me and said i had given them the wrong address and said i needed to pay another 50% of the bill for him to deliver.
told him to shove it.
Then had his office phone me and apologised and said the order was cancelled.
Then the driver phoned saying he was outside, but as the order was cancelled i would need to pay cash.
As everyone was hungry, i paid again, only the next day they had still taken the money on the original order with no refund. scammers

on 25th october i ordered some items…

on 25th october i ordered some items from pandamart nazimabad, and one of the items ''selfie stick 7 inch '' of Rs 875 was missing from the delivered items. i immediately, submitted complaint with a quick picture of the delivered goods. the customer agent named mariam said she will take this issue to the team and quickly solve my issue. but they did not even call me or emailed me. after complaining so many times, today i received an email saying that my case is closed.
is this a right way to close the case while i have paid for the items in cash amount. they did not refund my money in either as vouchers or any other ways. i even have easypesa on my account but they did not refund my money. i am so much heartbroken after contacting for days, foodpanda showed once again its poor services. every time i order something either its in bad condition or the items are missing. i am a regular customer of food panda and now i am really heartbroken. from a month am not being able to use my previous refunds. they also say they have technical issue in pandapay but haven't fixed it yet. i have more than 1000 in my refunds. this is sooo much corruption i believe and i do not expect this from food panda. i am uninstalling your app and boycotting your services.
may your food panda organization enjoy my 2000 rupees and be happy lol.

Customer Service is a joke and contributes to fraud

Been receiving emails intended for a customer with my same name in the Philippines (the person with my same name has been doing this a lot but this company is one I cannot get to stop). I've asked FoodPanda through the live chat on the website and through email to take my email off but they need my information to verify that it matches the account even though they never verified that they person owns the email that they used. Been fighting them for a year trying to get off their mailing list and removed from the account without being helped because I'm not the one that started the account so my information does not match the signup. These appear to be automated messages and not a real person so it is getting ignored. I was told that I would receive a follow up in 2-3 business days and never did. It might just be a way to farm real contact information out of people so now they have mine and never replied back despite contacting them since. Incredibly upset.

Worst delivery platform ever.

Order number : #p5dd-0zn1 Marrybrown bukit tinggi.
The driver marked my order delivered and i didn't receive the order, okay that's fine i just need a refund.
Use the helpline and the customer service agent name ( Leo) is not helpful at all, just keep on using shortcut sentences trying to end the conversation and he told me that they couldn't do refund as well..like is this some scam ? Foodpanda really is the worst delivery platform.

Leaks customer email and CAN'T be honest

1. Initially told there will be cancellation with no refund
2. Was called by an agent from foodpanda. I told them cancellation is fine with refund.
3. She said there will be refund if i cancel.
4. No refund. All sending me default templates
5. Agent also accidentally sends me a full email of another customer refund details

these are crooks. money washing company. There are a lot of stores on the list that are closed. they assume the refusal of the purchase and a refund in 15-30 days. you will be deceived

Paid but no delivery

Same as others paid money, no delivery, Pandamart insist it was delivery without evidence and says no refund no redelivery. Seems like they have an inherent problem which allows fraudulent practices.

ALWAYS PAY ON DELIVERY. So bad

First order cancelled on me after waiting 1 hour. I re-order from a different restaurant. Food is late, almost 2 hours so I cancelled. Told can't cancel as driver had picked up food. I won't use food panda again. ALWAYS PAY ON DELIVERY if you choose to use this shoddy service

Just the worst experience

I tried to cancel my order right after creating it due to long wait time (2x estimated time). There was a technical error 3 times and I was unable to cancel the order - “Unexpected error”. Also, there was no obvious option to resolve this issue in the timeframe.

After contacting your customer support representative, she was - not giving me the time to properly explain the issue to her. After explanation, she was blaming me and was very unprofessional and not showing she understood what even was happening.

She told me I should have written an email instead of USING THE APP. If I wanted to write emails to cancel my order, I would not be using food app and live in 2022.

She the refused to reimburse me and resolve this issue. Overall terrible experience with the app and the customer support.
