Been thinking of having our Jacuzzi serviced for the first time in three years, then prompted by an email. Booking was very simple with Nathan. A week later Scott was with us the whole afternoon doing a through job inside and out of the hot tub, and stayed to sort out a last minute hitch with the temperature monitor. Very professional and knowledgeable and left us with several helpful hints on maintenance.

Great customer service at the office and a really thorough job by the engineer , who was punctual , efficient and really nice . Thank you to the team !

Excellent service from the whole team as we had the Gold Service but in due course realised we needed a few replacement parts & electrical help too. All sorted efficiently and with good humour, especially during the final service in the pouring rain... great service from the Exeter office too. Many thanks!

Great job by Scott in horrific driving rain! Got a tricky delivery done with colleagues and then walked us through the tub controls and maintenance very clearly.

Had the gold standard service and we weren’t disappointed. Ash was brilliant: arrived on time, worked like a trooper and was so enthusiastic and knowledgeable, and was more than happy to answer our questions. Definitely recommend!

Engineer arrived early and gave us some very helpful advice regarding chemicals we could be using which might be better for us. He carried out the service without any problems and he reported that our hot tub was in very clean condition. We look forward to booking a further service when necessary. Well done Just Hot Tubs

From my first visit to Saltash Just Hot Tubs and my initial visit with Jason, I could not be happier. Charlie was absolutely amazing when he came for the site survey. And at installation, well it went like a dream. Nothing was too much trouble. Based on my experience with this company and especially Charlie I would highly recommend. Can't wait to take my first dip tonight.

Charlie installed our Hot tub yesterday. He was very professional & knowledgeable as well as polite & friendly. He had previously done the site survey & I particularly hoped he would do the installation, as he gave me lots of tips previously & felt well prepared for our delivery. Dan in the showroom was also very helpful on both occasions I visited the showroom. Especially when I finally persuaded my husband after 5 years to agree to a hot tub! My daughter & I enjoyed our first dip late last night & felt so relaxed I had the best nights sleep in a long time. Thank you
