Just Law Solicitors, the team based in Fuengirola, Spain, assisted me with obtaining my NIE and navigating the residency process. They did an excellent job and showed incredible patience throughout.

Administrative procedures in Spain can be quite complicated, and I honestly don’t know how I would have managed without their expertise. If you need support with any administrative process, I highly recommend reaching out to them.

One piece of advice I’d share is to contact them as early as possible. I wish I had done so myself, as the immigration process turned out to be more complex than I expected—though this had nothing to do with Just Law Solicitors.

In the end, everything was completed on time, and now I can fully enjoy my new life here. Thank you again for your outstanding help!

Just Law Solicitors took over our case and showed a caring approach, dedicating a lot of time and thoroughly studying the details, that eventually made a great positive outcome in our case. Contacted the firm for a minor legal question, typical consultancy. Had a (paid) appointment and in the first 2 minutes the person declined competency on the matter. I was offered another appointment with a different person but I was asked to pay another fee, which I refused. I pointed out that I received zero advice, nada but they said no in quite strong terms.
Just to understand the level of complexity of my question: I recently popped in a random Spanish lawyer office and I had an answer in less than two minutes. They didn’t even charge because they said it was “nothing “. I would recommend them if I remembered the name :)
Going back to Just Law. My encounter left me no wiser, just had to fork out the fee. Are there more competent people higher up in the hierarchy? Maybe, didn’t talk to them. Would they sort out your problems? Maybe, just be prepared for the up selling. Would I recommend them? Definitely not.

Ana and her team successfully helped me apply and get my Spanish residency, from an initial consultation on Skype, to having the TIE card in my hands living in Spain. They gave advice on the correct visa I needed, handled all the Spanish paperwork, organised translation services, made appointments with the authorities e.g. the police, and made clear what matters I needed to organise for myself to support the application. I can recommend using Just Law - Ana’s English was excellent, her communication timely and professional.

We worked with Just Law previously because we needed our Wills in both english and spanish. Marisa explained everything and made it completely painless. Then we asked Just Law's help when we were buying an apartment on the coast in Almeria. Right from beginning, we knew Belen and the rest of the team were on our side (this was not our previous experience working with another firm of solicitors when we bought our main residence in spain nearly 20 years ago). The sellers representative was making things very difficult - he was insistent we did not need a solicitor but we disagreed. It became apparent that most of the legal paperwork was not in place and Belen was onto this pretty much from Day 1. We had a lot of ups and downs with this representative but due to the professionalism and focus of Belen and her team, we got it over the line and we are now the proud, and legal, owners of a lovely coastal apartment.
