Very professional, helpfull and with a superior attitude to the customer. I honestly could say that during our cooperation all our expectations have been understood and lawyers went above and beyond to achieve a final goal and help us to purchase a property. Which in our case was not so easy process to do, but despite that Belen and the team demonstrated behavior of helpfulness, genuine interest, and respect to customer. Thanks!

At best, I can only describe our experience with this firm as highly disappointing; they appeared utterly outclassed by an opposing solicitor with defeat in every aspect of our instructions.

As clients, we felt as if we were constantly under threat of being dropped; when we were challenged or asked for clarification, it was one occasion, turned into false and self-serving allegations of abuse.

This is the email claimed to be abusive

"I refer you to my opening statement, "I have to confess to feeling in a very difficult position as I am finding your responses both challenging and a little intimidating, which is very distressing given you are supposed to be representing our best interests.”

In this response you in fact validate our fears and concerns, the concern that you sought to achieve this outcome has driven this fear. A firm with empathy would have addressed our concerns and provided reassurance, however you simply seized on the most negative interpretation of what was a request for help and reassurance.

Your response leave my wife and I in an extremely distressed position, was this your intention?"

Is this really how an abusive email reads or how an abusive client acts in correspondence?

We have now instructed a different firm, and in retrospect, dropping us as a client has created a night and day difference; now, we have introduced a new firm.

Just perfect - fast and prompt responce to our request.

Marisa made it clear to us that our experience of buying a property in Spain would be different than that in the UK, and she was right!

We have recently used Just Law Solicitors to arrange our Spanish Wills and the service has been excellent throughout! They have always responded to questions very promptly, undertake video calls to explain everything, arranged appointments at the notary and generally just provided a great service. As we reside in the UK they have taken away a lot of the stress and anxiety and the whole process was smooth, a bonus was that we were able to undertake all communications in English. Particular mention to Belen who was really helpful, would definitely use them again for legal matters and highly recommend.

Avoid, Totally unprofessional the worst so called company I have ever used, I trusted them to help paid 270.00 euros and got NOTHING from IT they use unskilled people who know nothing about your case then you have to explain to them so they understand !!
JOKE go with certified company who use all professionals its to risky to waste time and money a lesson learnt !

Fantastic service they can help with the most and if things not going as planned they are swift go assist and make a new plan reaching the goal in the end anyway. I used them for a range of services from residencia, will, drivers license and so on.

I used their services to get NIE and SSN. It was excellent and quick service. The communication and coordination of steps were perfect.

I would absolutely recommend those guys to anyone. They dealt with all the admin I had to sort out before moving for work in Spain. They are very responsive both on the phone and via emails.
They speak perfect English.
