Acquiring travel insurance with Just Travel is reasonably easy. What is a little tedious is the every policy you take out, its necessary to enter all the health details once again, although I understand why its necessary. However, do search out discount vouchers as this can make a real difference to the cost. For us its not just the cost of the holiday, its how much the insurance will be!

Had a missed port on our cruise in October. Rang Just Travel, who E Mailed me the necessary forms. Filled out and returned to Roger Rich, who are a claims consortium group.
This was 4th November, E Mailed 22nd Nov, again no response. E mailed again today, don't expect any response. Customer service is atrocious. Just will not answer phone, don't answer e mails

Price is good and have used for three years but this year, for the first time, have had to make a claim and their claims handling company is extremely poor.
First contacted claims company 6 weeks ago and was directed to a 'one beyond' website. Nothing happened. Emailed the claims address and no reply, called and promised a call back but nothing. 6 weeks later and finally sent a 9 page claim form. Have sent back but have little confidence they will actually deal with it given its taken 6 weeks to issue a blank form.

This review has been revised following intervention from Just Travel Cover. They did not ask me to revise it, I chose to do it based on their response. I called them from abroad and was assured that my medical expense claim would be valid and paid in full. After weeks and weeks the claims handler (Roger Rich and Company, a name you should watch out for, and not in a good way) and "The Claims Consortium" refused the claim as the policy doesn't cover medical expenses. After writing a poor 1 star review here Just Travel contacted me and advised me that the policy DOES cover medical expenses and that my claim would be paid in full. Always complain if you think you're right.

Simple, straightforward application with easy to answer questions, although I did have to return to the one about the Country I’m visiting. I actually entered Spain and then realised that Canary Islands have their own listing! Medical questions were easy to answer too. Great price for two weeks cover and I also got a bonus discount so very happy.

I recently came across Just Travel Cover for (cruise) specific travel insurance and found their offerings to be excellent value for money. Their policies are tailored to meet our unique needs, making it an ideal choice. The process was straightforward, and the coverage options were clear and competitive. I have just bought my cruise insurance from them and based on my research, I plan to rely on them for future trips as well.

I asked Stuart Wisbach to organise a first wedding anniversary trip as a surprise for my wife.
As we had seen programs about Florence and both wanted to visit the city.
Even with the change of flights in Amsterdam, the trip went like clock work and was a dream.
Stuart even got us access to the lounge at Newcastle airport, which was a lovely touch and started the holiday off well.

The hotel was well appointed and extremely clean.
The private car to and from the airport was on time and easy to find.
Stuart is someone I will probably use for all my trips from now on, as it was without doubt far better than if I had organised it.

Easy to do, very clear instructions and level of cover was easy to understand.

Took it a policy for my trip to Berlin and have a pre existing medical condition. I got cover at a reasonable price. I have used just travel many times but have never had to claim on my policy so can't comment on how good they are at that but know they get good scores in the Which magazine

Our circumstances are relatively challenging, and we have quite a few existing medical conditions, which resulted in having to make a phone call to complete our application. The lady who took the phone call was very helpful, and we didn't need to know all of the medical terminology just what the condition meant in practice, which was very helpful. I was provided with three quotes: bronze, silver and gold, and we were sent the information over email, allowing us to consider our options - we decided on the silver :-)

The worst insurance company ever. Straight forward insurance claim logged in May for cancelled flight. Will only communicate via email. Weeks go by with no response. Constantly asking for the same documentation I’ve already provided. No accountability for the terrible service provided. Needs reviewing by the FCA as in serious breach of regulations.

Easy to deal with, level of cover was clearly explained, medical questionnaire was concise and comforting to know every detail is recorded all at a competitive price for annual cove. Would highly recommend this company.

I just got a quote for a 22day Caribbean Cruise next March declared mine and my wife's medical conditions the cheapest quote for a single trip was £11691.04
Wow where did they get that figure from.

Was shocked when I went through the usual comparison sites with prices of £150 for two week cover. I have a minor health condition which is under control and because I take an, essentially, preventative statin I was being outrageously penalised.

Just Travel gave a reasonable quote which cost around what I would have expected without any health conditions. The website is easy to use and documents readily retrieved once signing up for an account. So, so far, so good!

Very quick and easy no messing

Purchased Just Travel insurance for a recent trip abroad that was on the 20th of June 2024, our flight home was delayed by 3 days and the carrier was Easyjet who would not compensate for the delayed flight, so put a claim in with Just Travel on the 4th of July everything they needed sent over so should have been a simple claim over 7 weeks later my claim has still not been resolved. It is being handled by the claims consortium group who say they are still waiting for the underwriters to get back to them awful service bad enough being stuck in a foreign country for an extra 3days without any help from Easyjet and extra expenses out of my own pocket but now the insurance company are dragging their heels not good enough is this day and age with everything digitised and at the push of a computer button.
