Called around 10:30am due to a flat tyre and they ordered me a new one and it was fitted on the same day by 4:00pm.
Jason was very helpful, gave a competitive price - excellent service.

Good service, appointment availablity, overall good staff customer service, trust and price was good too.

I think an hour for two tyres it’s quite some time considering it was pre-booked for 830. Didn’t leave there until 938

Very disappointed with both the service and the way my complaint was handled. They admitted fitting the wrong tyre to my car—a serious safety issue that should never have happened—but then tried to blame their supplier instead of accepting full responsibility. We endured multiple wasted journeys, lost working time, additional fuel costs, and poor communication, all because of their mistakes. Their solution? A £50 voucher that can only be spent with them again. After such a serious error, I expected them to take proper responsibility and offer fair compensation. Instead, their response has left me with even less confidence in their commitment to customer safety and service. Based on my experience, I would not recommend using their services.

Had a 14.00 hours appointment to have 4 new tyres fitted. Order confirmation stated this would take approx 1 hour. Was there for just over 1.5 hours. The job was carried out by a trainee, which I was told made the job longer, so with that in mind I have given 3 stars.

Ordered two front tyres for our Audi on line. Booked a day and time slot.
Got to Just Tyres Letchworth 15mins before my appointment time and they started it straight away.
Very helpful guys.
Will be back when need anything else done.

Booked appointment for 9am, but when I arrived, there were 3 people booked for 9am

Easy booking and quick fitting, and excellent service.
Good selection of tires and prices.

I was able to choose the tyres I believe were right for my vehicle at a great price and offering the performance for all types of terrain and conditions that I intend to use it.
Additionally, I had a choice of fitting options (at a fitting centre in my case), when and where that was convenient for me.
The fitting was fast, professional and a great experience.

Avoid at all costs… took 2 hours to fit four tyres .. broke a valve in the process .. wheel alignment was completely out despite paying them to align .. steering wheel pointed 10 degree off with road wheel pointing the other direction .. oil marks left on the interior of the car .. which was previously immaculate.. and dangerously over torqued wheel nuts applied with an impact driver .. been at my regular mechanic the day after and they are unable to remove them without damage and bolts are over stretched… called the head office resolve and no one other than a receptionist available to take my call .. complaints department didn’t pick up and area manager doesn’t answer .. clearly too busy with other complaints.. Will be taking civil action to recover costs of remedial work .. warning others to avoid.

First and foremost I appreciate Just Tyres pricing. They were one of the only retailers to be competitive with Black Circles which is why I went with them.

I visited the Stony Stratford branch on Monday 15th. I arrived 10 minutes early for my appointment and found they were running 30 minutes behind. My experience for two tyres changed with the break and tyre check lasted two hours with little updates. During my wait someone without an appointment got their spare tyre changed delaying my tyre change further. I had booked to go around my lunch break to not miss any meetings but found myself apologising to my manager.

Once completed I did receive an apology from the polite staff member but no information as to my breaks or tyre safety check.

Unfortunately I won’t be going back but I would say there was only one trained staff member completing all the work with another colleague who he was training on top of the day job. I think they need more support in the branch or if not maybe take away all the additional services offered so the few staff can concentrate on getting the tyres changed as quickly as possible.

Bought and booked my tyres online and chose an appointment to suit myself, was seen to straight away and job done in specified time.
Fitters were polite, friendly and professional so I would happily use them next time.

Visited Discount tyres to get myself two front tires fitted. Was told it’s easier to order online then book in to get them fitted. So I did. The online pricing was better than the shop and I could also book a fitting time which really benefits me as I’m running my own business. Excellent service I would definitely recommend discount tyres Cardiff 👍💯

Really Helpful and knowledgeable staff who made the whole experience of fitting the new tyre without any fuss. Would highly recommend the High Wycombe team.
