Having rented our house through JW&Co for the past 20 years (from back when they were called Langleys), they were the obvious choice for selling our home. Ruth marketed the house well, took great photographs and the team were quick to get it on the market for us. Their commission rate was good too. Danielle did what felt like an endless amount of viewings and was always professional and clearly working on our behalf at all times. She became our main contact and grew to know our property well! When the offers eventually started to come in Danielle was helpful and patient! We eventually agreed on an offer, which Danielle again made sure was legitimate and not a time waster. She definitely helped us to get our sale to its final completion. I think we'd still be on the market if it hadn't been for Danielle's hard work and endless professionalism. We would highly recommend the JW & Co Park Street office team; Danielle in particular!

JW&Co have been helpful and pleasant to deal with. Jack was very helpful and honest during viewing and negotiating for the let on the property. Once I moved in there were a couple of things that needed to be sorted out and JW&Co were helpful in that respect, things did take a little longer than I would have expected initially but chalk it up to being in a pandemic situation and various contractor commitments etc. Lauren has been helpful with maintenance and other post move in admin too. I look forward to this service continuing throughout the duration of my tenancy!
