We completed on our new home on 5/2/21 and can say that we have had an excellent experience of the team in the Park Street office of JW&CO. Danielle and James always returned our calls promptly and tried to sort out every query. We are very pleased with the warm, friendly and efficient service.

The London Colney team are the best. Mark and Jack were great throughout my recent sale and purchase. They sold my property within three hours and made sure I was first through the door to get my dream home. It was not the easiest of sales but they kept me updated throughout the whole process and were honest, professional and friendly at all times. They also kept me sane during lock-down. This is my third move with this local Estate Agent and I think it pays to go local.

At a point when we thought we might not be able to go ahead with our purchase Mark was so understanding and subsequently we were able to proceed. Mark and Jack - including everyone else at London colney, they have been been so professional and supportive when I was buying my property. It is the first property and I had struggled so much with other agents but very happy I came across them.

All the times we had to ask J&W's team for advice, we've found them and especially Ms Lauren King, to be very professional, trustworthy and flexible, and above all - we've always felt they were representing our interests at least as much as they were representing the landlord's.
