Very happy rental tenants …
After renting a few properties before renting one from JW&CO I can honestly say that they have been the most helpful and easygoing with still being very professional. They replied to any queries almost immediately and sorted any problems very quickly. When viewing the properties before choosing one they were again very helpful in helping us to find the right home for my family and I. When moving into the property the report was great and very efficient making our moving in date fun and easy rather than a stress. From start to finish in the 18month I don’t have a complaint I would recommend them.

Gone above and beyond
I have been going through a stressful time having to evict my tenant. I reached out to Lauren at JW&Co and she has gone above and beyond anything I'd ever expect of a lettings manager.
Making my life just that bit easier hasn't gone unappreciated!
I would have no hesitation recommending Lauren (and JW&Co), in fact, I cannot recommend her enough.
