Excellent customer service and advice
Woods really looked after us with the sale of our home. Everything moved along quickly, staff were very knowledgeable and always had time for us. Jonathan Wheeler and Ann Stobbart made sure that we had regular updates, felt fully informed to make decisions and were always contactable. Highly recommend

All of the staff have been very friendly and professional throughout the process of selling and buying. It’s twenty five years since we bought our home so didn’t have a clue but feel very supported by the team from Consett branch. Would highly recommend.

We were looking for a house and Martyn the manager of Bishop Auckland branch couldn’t do enough to help us! Told us of a property new to the market, when I looked at pics I thought not for us but we viewed anyway, blown away was an understatement! It was like he saw my dream!
