Working with Kan during my solo trip to Tokyo was incredible! I felt during our sessions that Kan and I had known each other for years, as we engaged in great conversation throughout our sessions. The turnaround time for the photos was quick and they came out perfect!! As a solo traveler, I wanted to have my time in Tokyo captured in photos in certain areas across Tokyo and Kan did an excellent job with recommending locations and times to meet. If you’re in Tokyo, you should definitely book him. You might find cheaper options, but none with a better quality and value for money than Kan.

Our experience with Kan was FANTASTIC! I found him early in our planning and moved to quickly book him 6 months out from our trip. Perfect engagement photoshoot with Sakura blooms in Shinjuku Gyeon Park. Kan made the whole process seamless from the initial inquiry to the delivery of the photos. We had a great Photoshoot with Kan for my daughter’s 2nd birthday! He was very helpful with planning locations ahead of time, even adjusting parks to ensure we caught some early Sakura blooms. We had very unpredictable weather (rain, snow, and sun within the hour!) and Kan was very versatile finding areas to shoot that kept us warm but still captured the moment. Kan was amazing to say the least. His pricing is more than fair, and his photos looked amazing. It really is not easy to plan a surprise engagement photo session across the globe..
But with Kan, it was such an easy and relaxing experience, coordinating with him and doing the photoshoot with him. And my fiancee and I are to the moon with the photos snd our experience! I would highly recommend him again for anyone looking for an English speaking photographer.
