From the very first moment I reached out to Kan, I knew I was in good hands. He was incredibly professional and easy to work with. The photos that were captured are absolutely stunning. Due to pending inclement weather , he had a plan B that still matched what I wanted. It's clear that he truly care about his clients and the special moments he's capturing.

I recently had an urban photoshoot in Tokyo with Kan, and the results were nothing short of incredible. From the start, Kan was a pleasure to work with—his friendly demeanor made the experience enjoyable for everyone.

The session featured my 60-year-old mother and my 8-month-old baby, and Kan did an amazing job capturing the essence of both. He beautifully highlighted my mom's character and the tenderness of my baby, creating timeless images that we'll cherish forever.

His skills and ability to connect with his subjects truly set him apart!

Love the photos and the experience overall was 10/10 photographer was very experienced and dedicated to his craft.

Absolutely loved our photoshoot with Kan! He was amazingly easy to get along with and was extremely accommodating with our toddler which I'm always appreciative for when doing photoshoots. Love our photos and we received them in just a few days after completing the shoot. Highly would recommend if you ever need/want photos taken. We definitely will be seeking out Kan the next time we're in Tokyo again.

We had a great experience with Kan! I booked for a proposal photo shoot and I couldn’t have asked for it to go any better. He gave great directions on locations and poses he thought would look good and captured our engagement beautifully. The whole process was enjoyable start to finish and the photos turned out perfect. Communication from the start went smoothly as Kan is very fluent in english and easy to talk with.
Kan also good at directing my poses during the photo session. Kan works really efficiently and quality of the photos are no question. Results are delivered quickly and I love it so much!

Kan and KP Photography was the best!!! I went to Kan to do a surprise proposal in Roppongi near Tokyo Tower and it could not have gone better! The pictures Kan took are breath taking and me and my Fiancé get tears in our eyes just looking at them! Every photo is top professional quality and he had so many amazing locations for spots that really capture all of the essence of Japan and your trip! He did photos of us with the tower in the background and it is truly stunning, and we have other gorgeous pictures of us newly engaged with local shrines and temples as well! With my proposal as well, Kan was amazing being able to help me with the planning and knowing the best locations to ask the big question! In the end, Kan and KP Photography is the best photography experience you can have in Japan, he is a 10 out of 10 and I would book this experience with him again in a heartbeat!

I so appreciate the photoshoot we had with Kan! He was easy to communicate with (both electronically prior to our meeting and verbally in person), was quick in sending me the photos and I love the results of the photoshoot! He made my family of four feel relaxed and comfortable and worked well with my two children (ages 10 and 12). Would definitely recommend Kan!

I wish I could give more than just 5 stars. Kan is an incredible and talented photographer. He knows how to take stunning pictures! He provides great information beforehand when selecting a location and also provides all the details to help navigate to the location. That is super helpful when you’re visiting Tokyo. Our taxi driver dropped us at the wrong gate when arriving at our location but because of Kan’s details of the location, we were quickly able to find him. I appreciated the details he provided because this was our first time visiting so it was super super helpful.
He is so nice and great to work with. My toddler can be moody around people he doesn’t know but Kan was able to capture cute pictures of him smiling.
The pictures were stunning! He knows great angles and poses. These pictures captured the great trip my family and I had to Japan.

He is such an incredible photographer who perfectly executed our Sakura vision photos! This is truly a magic memory made possible by the best photographer Kan and we are so grateful! We did a 1-hour photoshoot in Shinjuku Gyoen.

Fun photoshoot during our 2 hours for Sakura and Tokyo lights! Kan is friendly, was easy to communicate with, share some trivias along the way and knows how to shoot the angles so that it seems that we had the space only to us. He also directs us so that we look good in the pictures and not awkward, thanks Kan!

Kan is excellent! He helped to pick a beautiful location for our surprise proposal photo shoot. During the shoot Kan did a great job recommending poses and locations where nobody was in the background - all while keeping the secret. We could not be happier with the quality of the photos and the services received. We would both 100% recommend Kan to others.

Our family always have our pictures taken while on family trip wherever we go, this time we have chance to do a session with Kan. The 2 hours session was wonderfully spent, Kan is very easy to communicate with, all arrangement was made efficiently since the beginning and we love all the pictures he took! We couldn't have asked for a better guide. He showed us around the area and picked out some great spots with some great lighting. He even showed us some places in the area we had never been. Kan is very personable with great energy. I would absolutely recommend him to others!

We are from Anchorage Alaska visiting the beautiful country in Japan . We normally do yearly family pictorial and why not in Japan ! So i found Kan online and we were not disappointed. Kan is an amazing photographer. He is extremely personable and makes capturing vacation photos a lot of fun! Also, he is an expert at navigating crowded environments like TeamLab Planets in Tokyo - all of the photos are perfect and look like we had the whole place to ourselves!
