Furniture Cover Not Fit For Purpose
The furniture isn't cheap, but is lovely, it's just a shame that the furniture covers are not of the same quality, yet are required as part of the guarantee. The old style ripped, but was secure on the furniture. The new style cover hasn't ripped so far, but comes off all the time as there isn't any attachments around the chair legs (like there used to be). It comes off in any wind, and also with rain as it gathers pots of water. I did contact customer services but they weren't helpful and advised buying bunjees to place around the bottom of the furniture - not really a 'solution' when you pay so much for their products and it doesn't do the job needed.

We are very sorry you do, not like our new covers. With technology, we have improved the cover by getting better weather resistance with a lighter-weight fabric meaning it is easier to handle. I understand that the draw string at the bottom of the cover should be pulled tight but in your case, that is not happening, our apologies.
Great quality and Efficient Delivery
Delivery was sooner than expected and drivers/furniture builders polite and efficient. Furniture is excellent quality and looks fabulous on our newly cleaned patio!

Excellent customer service
We had a problem with the table and the helpful lady on the phone suggested we contact the retailer which we did and they sorted it the next day. I just purchased a cover and had a query which was dealt with quickly and efficiently. Knowledgable staff.
