Great product looks lovely, good value, even though I had to assemble it myself. I was told this would be done for me when I purchased it at the ideal home

Ordered our parasol on 12/4/24 and still haven’t received this!
Not great customer service. I am having to chase for updates.
Been back on phone this morning:(

We were very impressed with the stand at the Ideal Home exhibition. Initially a bit disappointed that the Natural set we picked was damaged and unable to be replaced. The alternative grey set is fine and the delivery crew were excelled. Furniture installed very professionally. The furniture was packed extremely well. All the packaging taken away by the delivery company.

I pre-ordered 4 items in Feb, with company requiring payment upfront. 3 were despatched on-time in early April, the 4th I was advised was being despatched shortly. I chased the following week to be told they were waiting for stock from the supplier and it would likely be 5th May. The company is actually Glencrest (Katieblake is just a trading name) and I actually realised their own brand product that I was missing and told they were awaiting supply for was already available eleswhere. This indicated they had had the product from the supplier and sold it onto garden centres etc and just not honoured my pre-order that I paid for months before. The product I was missing was also 25% cheaper elsewhere even though it was their brand. I pointed these things out to the company and asked for a solution, to which they offered that I either wait for the colour, have a different colour or have a refund. Further the reason why places may have their product for cheaper is because it may be clearance - which doesn't make sense as it is all new stock, so new that KatieBkake that owns the product brand doesn't have any. The products are lovely but I would strongly advise, do not pre-order or buy from them directly as the customer service is poor and their brands are cheaper elsewhere.

Dear customer services at Katieblake. Thank you for your sarcastic feedback which speaks volumes. I think you have somewhat missed the point on having my preorder money for months, then your company delivering my same preorder items to garden centres while not honouring my preorder. You then asked me to waiit another 5 weeks while your products were on offer at 25% cheaper at other places than my preorder price. I contacted your customer services asking to put this right and you choose not to. I warned you I would leave a 1 star review and that is what you got. As per my original comments, great products but you can get them cheaper and get better customer service elsewhere. Ordered your same parasol from Longacre nurseries for 25% cheaper and it arrived next day - that is great customer service!

Great service brought new cover for our Seville set

The cover was a little slow in arriving but it looks a nice cover - which we will not be using until the end of the summer

My order arrived promptly and is a good furniture cover for my Katie Blake six chair table set. Only down side is that, as the chair backs are slightly higher than the table, rain pools around the edges in front of the chair backs and weighs the cover down with several huge puddles.

Furniture cover was at the expensive end at 60.00 but its good quality.Slow delivery and little communication to explain why

Furniture is great and would have given 5 stars. Only reason the downgrade is the storage box hardware has the wrong screws so cannot build it. Not sure now that gets through a QA check, with 16 of the wrong size screws.

Ordered product for garden furniture and arrived within3 days

First delivery came with two damaged chairs! Soon sent replacement chairs two days later. First class customer service by girls in the office

Easy ordering online ordering- quick delivery

Called Sales Department to get advice on best cover to purchase for a Recliner Lounger Set we had previously purchased. Ordered the recommended cover only to discover it was a rectangular sheet and not specific to a lounger set, the cover is far too big and not enough ties are provided to make the cover properly secure. Neither Sales Department or the website are clear about this, website would lead you to believe you are purchasing a fitted cover. Extremely disappointed.

I have read your reply which I am unable to reply to. Your comment regarding a refund is not 100% correct, a refund was offered ONLY if I returned the inadequate cover in the original packaging which we don’t have. Your reply also does not address the fact that at no point in your sales process was I made aware that for £65 I was purchasing a generic rectangular sheet and not a fitted cover. The cover packaging had a picture of our specific furniture set on the front which again indicates the cover is specific for that range. For a company charging premium prices for furniture the cover provided does not meet expectations.

Delivered efficiently and quickly. It is a good product but one of the improvements introduced has unfortunately affected the ability to keep the tarpaulin taught and thus avoid rainwater pooling above the table. The previous version had a thicker cord with robust adjusters, which could be routed behind chair legs and securely tightened. The new version has thinner cord, which is enclosed in a hem, preventing such extensive anchoring behind the chairs. In addition there are 2 anchor straps which work ok but do not keep the tarpaulin evenly taut. I use a support above the table to make a tent shape, in order to let rainwater run off.

Good quality product. Quick dispatch and very good customer service. The product had a manufacturing defect which has been addressed swiftly and the part replaced.
