Good process with communication opportunities
Process was straightforward and relatively uncomplicated compared to looking for a buyer on your own. Car valuation was fair and detailed in regards of discounts. However twice we had setbacks with communication that diminish the experience. First, once the quote was sent and accepted with documents reviewed, the called back to say there was a process/document missing and that the purchase couldn't be executed unless I do that. It was then solved without any further action for me. Second, for the final payment release (10%), I had to give the insurance cancelation, when I did, someone came back saying there was something else missing that I should figure out, else the payment wouldn't be released. It was later re reviewed and everything was fine without further action on my side. This communication misunderstandings lower thr experience satisfaction, and raise suspicions on excuses to negotiate price or final payment

GREAT JOB KAVAK!
You are doing great in several vertices, however, as in most of companies, opportunities are always there to be better and continue being the leader, in customer service, attention, and offering high-standard products to your customers.
My only comment and the point I found as an opportunity is that I sold a car and after a year I continue receiving traffic infraction tickets because no one followed up on the change of ownership of the vehicle.

Kavak stinks
Had not even driven it after delivery and we had to replace the battery. Tried to get ahold of Kavak about the warranty and they ghosted us.
