Everything that your Reading negative about this Company is True! I have a wedding chapel business and my success has been from our Reviews but Kavak does not Deserve a good Review. I bought a ford ecosport 2018 on the Kavak Site from Vegas fir delivery in Puerto Vallarta. The car we purchased online said perfect interior and Exterior. I'm a fanatic about Door dings and Scratches I park miles away from others and wanted a low milage sharp car. When it arrived it had 3 really good size Door dings on the passenger side. I tried repeatedly to get ahold of my contact person only to be left on hold on what's app then disconnected! Also they tell you all taxes are paid and all plates are fine but if you buy a car with plates from another state BEWARE as you will have to pay double Tax for both States and get some one to help you. It's been over a week of inspections and payments to a lady who works at DMV in Puerto Vallarta to help us ! Still no Car Back Yet from Government Office!! AVOID KAVAK!!

Kayak is a completely scam. They give you a warranty but then is all problems and they don’t give you the money back. Also I needed to change the “placas” and the papers belonged to different people so I’m Quintana Roo they did not accepted . Completely bad service. I had to spend an extra 10k pesos right after selling me the car

It is a SCAM... They do not offer what they promise. All they want is to get you to buy one of their cars with many lies.

I could write a book on my TERRIBLE experience, but I'll keep it short. Other customers are writing about the awful Customer Service ... believe them. DO NOT get SUCKED-IN by the KAVAK website; the fun ends there. Things are not what they seem ...

TERRIBLE No vendas tu auto no te pagan lo pactado les di toda la documentación y no te depositan y te salen con otro tema. Ya tengo la denuncia es profeco es terrible.

Worst customer experience ever!!!

First, they tell you that your car inspection will be an hour-long when it actually took 4 hours! After that, they give you options to sell or exchange your car while your there nobody really tells what steps are next, you have to beg to get answers, the whole staff was really mean, after chasing for answers to know what to do next they just told me that someone would call me, I received two calls from different areas and they really didn't explain anything, then they would continue the communication via WhatsApp where I would receive a generic message from different vendors and nobody would answer my questions, they would just literally stop answering. They only give you have 5 days to complete the sale, and due to the fact that no one answered my messages, I couldn't complete the sale.

I have never encountered worse customer service, from anyone. Not just car dealers. I paid for a car that was advertised as available and ready to drive. After travelling for an hour to see the vehicle, I was told to wait for 15 minutes. I waited for 30 minutes to be told that the car needed maintenance and this would take “about a week” - that’s a direct quote. I then had to contact them, as they never contacted me. The car was never ready, I never saw the car. They kept telling me it would be or it was ready, only to tell me 2 minutes later that it wasn’t ready. I don’t believe they ever had the car, if they did then they fraudulently advertised a vehicle that was not fit for purpose. I am still waiting on my refund. Avoid at all costs. They are criminals.
