Fantastic company
Fantastic company. I ordered two Namuna, Nkuku Wooden trays to use as tops for two round tables. On arrival one of the trays was slightly damaged, however I contacted Kayu straightaway and they replaced the damaged tray and dealt with my issue professionally and promptly. Good price for Nkuku candle holders. Welcome discount was a good saving but delivery was very expensive.

We do try to offer shipping at a reasonable price but delivery charges are calculated automatically and shown at checkout based on the number and type of items ordered. In your case the delivery charge was pushed up slightly as you ordered several items together, which we sent out in one delivery.
I hope that the shipping charge was presented clearly to you before you confirmed your order but please let me know if that is not the case.
