I bought a pair of shoes 6/2 2023, payment was redawn thes same day from my account. Due to wrong size I return the package and received an confirmation 23/2, that Kellers had received my package. They wrote that in 14 dayes I would have my money back.

After 3 mail to Kellers I haven't received my money. Neither have I had any response on my email.
No wonder, there is no phone number on their orderconfirmation or invoices. They don't want contact.

Do yourself a favour, go somewhere else and bye your things.

Very bad handling of returened goods - which where not worn at al and in the undamaged original packaging. They use TWINT in Switzerland but do not return the money if you return goods. Much unlicke other shop do without issue and delay does
Am chasing them since 2 months, only automatic replies or bad links.
Very bad webshop.
Never again!

I recently bought Nike Metcon shoes. The right pair had a small defect but it was minor so I decided to keep the shoe. After wearing couple of times it started to show some deterioration. The black coating started to came off even more and the whole shoe top started to become white. I wrote an email to customer services twice about the issue with pictures attached proving the problem. Nobody wrote back to me. Even an apology… It was a really bad experience, so I decided to write here so that nobody goes through the same thing as I did. Don’t buy from them because the quality is not guaranteed.

I ordered several times from Keller. Always fast delivery and affordable prices.

And then this happened: I ordered one day before they shutted down their business operations. No reponse at all after that. I wonder that did they know that the very next day they are closing...However, I got my money back thanks to PayPal.

Ive bought a Nike pants at the end of February, I would like to return the pants but I dont know how to do because apparently the label of return is incomplete (thats what at the box office told me). Avoid at all costs - complete crooks - impossible to get a refund from them and very very difficult to get any meaningful communication, when you do eventually get a response. They will also automatically save and charge your credit card each year for their premium membership even if you have asked them not to.

I ordered some Nike shoes, and I had to ask about a tracking number a few days after, because I hadn’t received it, or any confirmation that the package had been shipped, but the money was drawn from my account. Now 2 weeks later, I still haven’t received the package, and there is no update on the tracking number, since the day it was shipped. Customer service is not helpful, they can’t give any updates and are not willing to solve this.
Think twice before ordering at Keller sport.

I ordered a gilet the north face the 09/01/2023 on keller-sports.it, i recived the e-mail with the receipt and the number of the order and nothing else.
I did't recive any comunication either the confirmation of shipment and any comunication about the traking number of the pack.
I wrote several times to the shop and i didn't recive any aswer!!!!
Finally after 7 days I got the jacket, perfect e with a perfect envelopment.
The shop seems ok, but the communication doesn't exist!

I ordered items on 15th December for Christmas , not only am I yet to receive the items the customer service department is yet to acknowledge any of my emails about my order

You took my payment on 03 December 2022. 10 days later and your tracking reference is still unrecognised. Despite not telling me the truth that my order had shipped. I have had to open a PayPal dispute against you. Just refund me.

This online shop went from being an interesting alternative to Zalando & others to a pure disaster for customers and needs to be avoided!
If you don't buy their costly premium membership, there is no point at all to even consider ordering anything from them, as you need to pay the return fees yourself. And guess what - in online shopping you would most likely order many items to try on in different sizes, which Keller happily sends you in multiple packages. Then you need to pay heavy returning fees for your order, which is not the case at ANY of their competitors such as Adidas, Zalando or others. So why in the world would someone ever order at Keller? Their prices are even same as when buying from the manufacturer itself!
On top of that, they claim you can ask PayPal to take over your return fee, which is already an outdated service which is not available anymore, yet Keller refuses to put that down from their website.
Last but not least, their customer service will answer pre-written text elements to your specific questions and hence not answer your requests.This leaves a very ignorant image towards customers.

It's been 16 working days since returning the goods and still no email from Keller regarding a £900+ return. They didn't respond to our email from last week. Please sort this out. It doesn't take other companies this long for returns.

I will never buy from Keller Sports again. They are one of the few companies that lets you pay in full for a return. Also, a return to Germany, even if you order from their Swedish website. This will never hold to have that policy. The cost for me was 30€!

Quick delivery even though shipping to the UK. Great product range and great prices. I needed to return a couple of items and this was really quick and I had the money back in my account within a couple of days.
Never had any problems and always had quick replies to my emails.
Love this shop!

The customer care wasn’t really supportive. The product characteristics aren’t like described from Producer but I have to pay the return. The big shops are more open for conversations and finding a solution. I would not recommend Keller

I like the clarity of the homepage, fast shipping and also the great prices.
I shop there several times a year.

Ordering was easy, delivery prompt and the product as expected.
