Unfortunately one of those companies that offer goods that they don’t have in stock and 2 days after paying they inform you . I ordered an alternative product and received another email almost immediately saying there will be a delay. still haven’t received item after 10 days and there’s no reply to my emails. I would not advise using this company as you get what you pay for . Better to pay a little extra rather than wait forever and zero customer service

Ordered hiking boots from Keller for delivery to the UK. Great price and super fast delivery. Only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is that when ordering it appeared that my order hadn't gone through as no confirmation received so I repeated the order and immediately received a confirmation, followed by a confirmation for the initial order. I immediately tried to cancel one of the orders but despite it being only minutes after it had been placed was unable to do so. So I ended up with 2 sets of boots, sent one back and received a refund after about 3 weeks so all OK in the end. Other than that, I would absolutely use Keller again as the prices and speed of delivery is first class.

Great after sales service
Ordered some Merrell hiking shoes that destroyed my feet (multiple times). I contacted Keller customer services and went through their 'defective item' process. Within a few weeks I had a full refund with no requirement to send the shoes back.
It's good to know that there are companies around that will genuinely assist you when something isn't up to standard. Will definitely buy from them again.

Great service, though no straight exchange if wrong size
No issues great service. Only minor issue is you cant do a straight exchange for the product, if a size is not for your fit. Need to create a new order, however they will refund for the first order in a timely manner

Pleasantly surprised, got a pair of Banks GTX boots for almost £100 less than UK stores, was expecting customs duties but as per their site this is all included so ended up with a bargain and they turned up in 7 working days. Will use again
