Very positive experience with Keller
I do like the shop of Keller Sport very much due to nice range of the sport articles. I like also the interface of the site and the service. The ordered articles are coming fast and are mostly good selected.. Can only recommend to order there..

Return fees to Austria is so high and not prepaid
I had to pay 9.40 Euros to post for return fee from Austria.
This is the reason why at least if you live in Austria I don’t recommend you to buy it from this online shop.

Quite satisfied from the customer service and the shoes
The experience I had with keller Sports was good.
After I bought two sports shoes from the site, I had to send back one pair. I mistakenly used the false return paper and therefore didn't get my money back (Strangely enough no one contacted me). After I got in touch with them (very reponsive in Email, but unfortunately without a phone customer service -in Germany at least) and filled a form, I got the money back. As simple as that!

Know your size and everything is fine
I am not the kind of person that usually writes reviews but after seeing a lot of poor reviews of the various Keller sites I understood that most poor reviews relate to returning the goods.
I my case I knew the shoe size and after a week I received my new Alphaflys. Price was attractive so I cannot complain.

Ordered some Nike Zoom Fly 3, and received them 4 days after as promised.

Expensive return fee
I received the package fast. But as a client you have to pay for the return postage / courier yourself. I ended up paying 37 EUR to return my shirt that costed 80 EUR. Thats completely crazy that I lose almost half of the buy when I return the product. NEVER gonna use this online shop again!

Great Sports shop
I have ordered twice from Keller, just double check your sizes on shoes as different brands have different UK to EU equivalents. Both times the products arrived fast and customer services responded extremely quickly when I contacted them. I will definitely keep using Keller their prices are so much more reasonable than other sports shops.

Don't trust their delivery times
Ordered a pair of pants on Sep 11th, delivery time was 2 to 4 days, still only got a payment confirmation and the order is in payment received status, nothing has been shipped yet after 6 days. Also they give a good discount if you buy their "premium" membership, but I guess that's just to make one cancel the order and keep the membership fee
False delivery times, impossible refund
I have doubts over the legitimacy of these positive reviews, as the negative reviews all seem to point towards the same points. Trust pilot really need to verify all reviews as I had known his company was operating a scam ( as all the real negative reviews state ) I would never have used them in the first place.
I ordered these shoes 4 days ago, as I needed them for my charity run this weekend, and on the website it said delivery in 2-4 days.
4 days later the shoes have not even been dispatched, ive emailed multiple times and they have told me due to delays in the warehouse, they have no updates on this order and when it will be dispatched.
I requested a refund, and they said due to their policy of “no longer possible to change the order once it has already been processed by our warehouse“, they cannot process a refund. Ironic isn’t it? How this makes sense in any way, when they have told me due to the delays in the warehouse they don’t even know when they can dispatch the shoe, is beyond my understanding. It’s basically a SCAM. They said the only way to claim a refund is for them to eventually send the item ( when they can’t even give me a delivery date ), for me to reject the UPS parcel, wait for them to receive the rejected parcel to process the refund.
Based on the numerous other negative reviews here posting about more or less the same issues - it’s safe to say that they lie about delivery times to get you to commit to an order, have unexplained delays which presumably is because their source is questionable ( there is one review on here that says the shoe arrived with no label ), and getting a refund is a nightmare.
I’m tempted to send this case with the exact email to news outlets and social media platforms I consult for to warn others. This company is possibly the most deceitful service for retail I have ever experienced. I’ll edit and update this review if they decide to get back to me in a reasonable manner and process a full refund ( including the 7.99 I paid for the “PREMIUM” service ) which would be the correct case in any jurisdiction as the item has not been dispatched within the timeframe they promised, and they cannot tell me when it will be dispatched.
