I ordered shoes from them on Amazon UK. Nowhere on the order page does it say that in case of return you ship to Germany at your own risk and costs. I contacted the seller that had no intention to help whatsoever. Cannot recommend. Avoid. Just to add: It is one of these companies that do not have a telephone number on their websites. I usually avoid them. Unfortunately not this time!

Was looking for a pair of grey North Face shorts 36 waist , this site came up as north face uk website didn't have it stock and , read a few reviews decided to take a chance price was the same in the UK Inc delivery
Ordered on Sunday night, delivered today by Ups, full tracking details all the way
Item received, perfect! I bought the the same item in bamboo yellow from the UK North Face site, item I received from Keller exactly the same
Very happy with purchase will defo use site again

No free refund and even if you do return the item they will not refund you
It should be noted I live in the U.K. No free returns and even though I returned the item at my own cost and showed proof that I had they refused to refund the item. Stay away
