I ordered 2 pairs of the Nike vaporfly…

I ordered 2 pairs of the Nike vaporfly next% last Monday 20 march.
You recieved the order and payment but nothing is shipped yet.
Its now 10 days ago and i only got a mail of you recieving my payment for the shoes, nothing else.
Really bad service because they were really expensive.
