DONT BUY UNTIL YOU READ THIS
It’s simple. I like your site, although the search bar disappears from time to time on mobile.
Your offers are generally good, and premium quickly pays off.
However!
Zalando, Boozt and pretty much every other online retailer provides free returns across Europe. I just paid 33 Eurs to return a small box of shoes to you from Denmark.
33 Eurs!!!!! This is absolutely Unacceptable. The very least you can provide is the option to purchase a return label from you at the same price I paid for the shipping... something that could be easily automated..
I will not be buying from you again, and this will be reflected in all the reviews I’ll leave around the web. This is not the way to run an online ship in 2020.
