Na meer dan een maand wachten en diverse mails van mijn kant omtrent terugbetaling van de door mij geretourneerde artikelen, krijg ik nu NB weer deze standaard reactie. Nergens wordt inhoudelijk ingegaan op mijn vraag wanneer ik mijn geld ivm retourzending ontvang. Artikelen zijn bij hen al op 29 mei afgeleverd door Post NL. Heb hier bewijs van. Bestel hier dus nooit want je kunt naar je geld fluiten!

Stay away - no way to stop their premium membership - they just draw from your paypal account even if the subscription is marked inactive at paypal.

Ordered a pair of shoes in size eu 46 2/3 and recieved the wrong size. Returned The shoes and choose another color since my size in the first color was out of stock. In The next shipment The size was wrong AGAIN... Returned that pair aswell with a promise that The return shipping would be refunded. This was months ago and still havet been refunded for shipping....

Seriously bad company.

Sent trainers back tracked and signed delivery . They recieved my item and no refund . Everytime I call they now hang up on me and tell me they have sent the refund. I have asked for a receipt of the refund and haven't sent as they are thieves and have no evidence of the refund . AVOID AVOID AVOID .

My favourite online shopping website. They are quick in transporting (including to another country), the product quality is awesome and also the prices are correct. So I can hardly recommend!

Found this great looking web shop while searching for a ski helmet.
Good product sortiment. Great prices. Good info. Good shipment. Easy to return shipment. Fresh page

The item i purchased was well delivered on time but i had to return it due to wrong choice of size.
Then started the problem to my money back.
No answer, then wrong answer, then promise of refund but not action.
Only the claim with paypal worked as paypal paid me back.
The last action from Keller was to claim that they cannot refund the money unless i stop the claim through paypal.
Very unprofessionnal behavior !
Do not recommend them.

Premium membership is just a way of fooling you to pay €10 each year for nothing. You need to go to their homepage to cancel subscription in order not to pay the following year.
This is not a decent way of doing business!
I will never do business with Keller Sports again

Last time I ordered with this company was in 2015. I didn't have problems with the orders and items back then.
Now 1 1/2 years later I get a overdue reminder (not invoice!) over Euro 9.99.
I questioned it, as we didn't order anything and after a while the answer received was: for premium membership and I "have" to pay it. I tried to log into the account, but couldn't as it doesn't exist anymore.
After several emails back and forth someone had an insight and cancelled the overdue reminder as we aren't run as customers anymore.
Next day another overdue reminder with additional overdue fee and threat to avoid negative consequences on creditworthiness in the email.
Forwarded that back to "Alla", who had aplogised for the inconvenience and cancelled the invoice previously. Back came the reply: It is for Premium membership....
How incompetent is this company, how customer unfriendly and how unprofessional?
Since two weeks I am dealing with this nonsense and they don't get it, we move in circles.
I will certainly never use this online store again or else running risk to get overdue notes, not invoices, for something I can't even follow up if I ever signed up for it, as I don't even have an account with them anymore!

I recently purchased a pair of skis and boots from Keller Sports. I had rented the same skis and boots before, so I was very sure about the sizing I needed.

I found the same models online and Keller for a very low price, so I decided to place an order. After I ordered, I had a look on trust pilot and due to the bad reviews, I got a bit freaked out. So I phoned up two different days to check on my order (note that the delivery takes around a week for skis as the bindings have to be fitted).

Both times, I reached a real live person. They didn't seem to know much about the status of the order. Also the online status of my order still says it hasn't been shipped even though I have received the goods.

The skis and boots arrived in just under a week and are exactly what I ordered. No issues at all. My suggestions are:

1. If you live in Switzerland, ship the things you order to a delivery service in Germany. Don't think that because the store has a .ch web address that this is going to get you around swiss import tax.

2. Know what you want exactly before you buy. Do not guess on the sizes so that you are sure you get what you want. The site has great prices. I can't comment on the return experience, but I guess there is some truth in previous reviews. So don't take a chance

If you do these things then I think you will have the same positive experience I had.

The product selection is good and the buying prices reasonable. Webpage easy to navigate and quite helpful.

However, I do no longer want to be a customer and I do no longer want to receive mails daily from them.

So I asked to have my account deleted and to be removed from their mailing list.

This is impossible for them. Despite multiple mails and despite giving them a couple of weeks to get things in order I keep getting daily (spam) mails. Customer service "promises" to do something but as you can guess: Nothing happens.

The reason why I don't want to be a customer is due to the high cost of returning products as they need to be shipped abroad. Given the risk of wrong sizes one must incorporate into the total cost that some items need to be returned once in a while. I for example bought two Adidas shoes in same size (the size I always use) but one didn't fit. Not Keller's fault but I still need to return them and that is costly in international postage. Since Keller doesn't offer free return as many others the overall price is no longer competitive.

I live in Denmark and although there is a keller-sports.dk everything is shipped from Germany.

For reasons I cannot understand they refuse to delete my account and they refuse to stop sending spam mails to me, despite multiple requests from my side (happy to share e-mail correspondence).

Just so you know before you sign up for their newsletter or before you make your first purchase. You can sign in but you can’t sign out…

I have to say I am very disappointed with this particular Site - whom I actually thought were based in Switzerland... when they are NOT.
I made an online order 27 Sep for over CHF 200.-
Sure I received plenty emails notifications INVOICE lol lol
but of course NO GOODS.
Today is 5th October 2015.
You CANNOT CALL DIRECT THIS COMPANY as all are dubious void telephone numbers.
If you file a complaint you receive an automatic email with a wait of 48 hours...
Also you cant trace your parcel as also doesent take.
REFUND MY MONEY PLEASE or GET THIS ASAP SORTED!!!!
