Good communication, good delivery service.
Product was a 4m x 1.5m dog pen. Though it was not cheap, the quality is excellent. Easy to erect and looks tidy against the property as an extension of existing dog play area. Provides a safe environment and more space for my 3 dogs whilst at work. Dogs are also very happy. Win Win!

After a couple of days from placing my order I received a phone call from a lovely lady explaining the whole process and to read emails which I did I was then given a date for delivery and installation both men were super friendly and had it all up in just over an hour ! The quality is fantastic and very sturdy which was exactly what we were looking for!!! Would highly recommend this company

Just had our second Chesterfield dog kennel from Kennelstore delivered and built.
Actually arrived the day before our allocated day to survey the access and ended up building it, which suited us.
Overall we are extremely pleased with the communication, service and the products we bought and would recommend this company.

I recently ordered a 2m wire mesh dog panel with a void. It arrived in West Wales promptly and in excellent condition. I'm very satisfied with the service and quality. I would definitely purchase from them again if needed.

I ordered a large kennel with a run the Elsworth Kennel 14'x6"
I added some Insulation anti chew bowls washable floor and the onduline roofing cost alot but worth it. We arranged for an urgent delivery for dogs that were going to be homeless and can't b rehomed due to them being XL Bullies. The team were amazing they fitted us in before the date we needed very professional friendly and Kennel is a lovely new home for them. Definitely recommend. 5*

Easy to use website. Good choice of kennel designs and sizes.
Ordering process easy. Had to ring to get a delivery date when the last estimated date of delivery was nearing. Easy to speak with staff on the phone. Installation staff were here very early 07:45 but had advised so no problem. They were polite and professional and very quick. Good quality kennel. Thank you.
