Honest, efficient and polite. Tom came to view the car on behalf of Andy and gave me an honest assessment without trying to best me down to a stupid price.
When we agreed on a number the funds were transferred instantly; I’d have no hesitation in contacting them again.

Absolutely brilliant service would use them again and highly recommend them. From the start to the end everyone I dealt with was highly professional and so friendly. The whole experience was a nice one and Andy the owner was honest at the viewing and I got a better price than I expected.

Kent Car Buyers Andy & Kev are wonderful, having spoken to Kev just before Christmas informing them we were just about to sell our Ford Fiesta, Andy was away at the time so we decided to leave it until the new year when he was back. Got back in touch with them last week and I must say there customer service is second to non, Andy came and picked the car up yesterday, and his manner is very polite and professional he gave us a good price, and I would fully recommend anyone to use them to buy your car, hustle free and no fees unlike other companies. Having had a few bad experiences from a couple of garages over the last few years, I was quite apprehensive when it came to selling my car. I received a very efficient, easy, top class service from Andy and Kevin. Their communication and support was outstanding from beginning to end. Initial offer for my Fiesta was a little lower than 2 others in the online 'we buy any car' sector altho' I expected the web offers might get knocked down for some reason following inspection. Had good comms exchange with buyer Andy & we agreed a mutually convenient day & time for inspection. Inspection happened as arranged & Andy was professional & polite. There is always going to be a little bit of sparring between buyers & sellers in the used car game but the experience for me was good with the sale agreed at the original offer price. If you are looking for a hassle free way to sell a vehicle and have realistic expectations in terms of price, I would recommend using Kent Car Buyer.

Messaged them 2 days ago, Andy got back to me promptly with a competitive offer for my vehicle considering it’s faults. Pick up arranged for this morning, arrived on time, paid the offer without any issue and completed the DVLA forms with me. Very good experience, stress free and would highly recommend!

I recently sold my car to Kent cars. Ryan came to view my car and he said he has to reduce from the original price by £213 claiming for paintwork damages. I agreed for this and he took the car towing away. He said will transfer the fund in 2 hours. As soon as he left with the car, money came in further £50 less than the agreed price and when asked, asks to go and get the car. It is disgusting how they make sellers vulnerable and cheat.
Please be careful when dealing with Kent cars. Please ensure they transfer the money before they take your vehicle or else you would not know what you will be transferred.
Kent Cars lacks credibility !!!!
