Value sent buy email for my Avensis T180 and then great communication with Opal with the details of my car and the appointment was made 2 weeks later to work round the same time we bought our new car.

Andy’s service when he came to look at my car was great and made the process easy.

Sold our car in a fuss free and efficient manner. I dealt with Opal via email, who was both prompt and courteous in all correspondence. Andy then picked up the car and duly transferred the agreed sum of money direct into my bank account. Thoroughly recommend them, especially if you need a quick hassle free sale.

Sold our car with Andy at Kent Car Buyers today (Sunday appointment) and I cannot rate them highly enough!
Andy came to our home address on the day and time most convenient for us. The car was brought for the valuation price - No drastically cut down price on viewing like you get with most companies.
The whole process was quick and easy - Completed in around 30 minutes.
Andy took the car for a test drive and completed the DVLA online sales service there and then.
Next time I am selling a car, I won’t even bother looking around, I will be going straight back to Kent Car Buyers.

Both Opal & Andy were brilliant, great communication, extremely quick collection and instant payment but I did get paid less than what I was quoted which was disappointing. So easy from start to finish

I can honestly say that the whole process, from the initial valuation, to an increased offer and through to collection of my vehicle was very easy, efficient and professional throughout. Andy even picked up my car at 9pm and full payment was made at this time, straight into my bank account (which was very fast). I can't recommend this enough! I never leave reviews about anything....but in this case I made a exception. Andy had been and gone in less than 20 mins, made me feel very comfortable during the whole process, in particular the money transfer (which was instant). Truly outstanding service and communication from beginning to end.
