I went to view a rental property, scanned and submitted an application as I was asked to, then all of a sudden I was told I needed a guarantor, so I got back to them with details of a guarantor that I found, then I just received absolute silence. No replies to my emails. No phone calls. I'm absolutely disgusted at how I've been treated.

Told me the property would be deep cleaned and new oven fitted - lies

Held my deposit for over 3 months

Been a while since i rented privately but this team and Ashley in particular made it a very smooth transition especially moving from scotland to liverpool, they are always on top of issues, very friendly but also professional at same time, genuinley cant fault these guys. Any issues have been dealt with promptly and definitley very approachable.

What can I say, Keybanks were brilliant from start to finish, the staff are lovely and friendly and nothing was too much trouble for them, thank you so much to Joe who was always pleasant and helpful and went out of his way.
Ash was amazing and was always there with advise and support, I feel like part of the keybank family now and feel I have made 2 new friends ,you are both a credit to the company and they are lucky to have you.
I have bought and sold quite a few houses and this was by far the best experience I have ever had.

Apologies in advance for the length of this review. If I could give them no stars I would. I’m really disappointed with this agent. Continual let downs and promises made which did not materialise. This relates to dealings with Patrick whose role I’m still really not sure of.
Back in Early July 2018 I went into the office and approached a lady whose name escapes me who was helpful enough. I explained we were owner occupiers of a property which ajoined one of their managed rentals and there was a problem with their landlords roof as two tiles had slipped off our roof one narrowly missing my wife’s brand new car. I was given a name and an email address. In the email I requested this be repaired as we share a party wall with this property and did not want damp issues in our house. I was emailed back and told the problem was on our roof and not the neighbours. I requested Patrick to come out to meet me at the property took pictures and still from what I know he never visited the property (a 5minute drive from their office) the property except to send a contractor on a drive past. Who somehow drew the conclusion this was also on our side of the roof. Eventually my wife emailed haven’t taken very large pictures and did a wee drawing (very obvious if you ask me where the boundaries started and finished) finally Patrick replied after an exchange of 7 or 8 emails acknowledging the problem was with the property they managed and promised to have this fixed within a week or so. Great! Progress I thought. However six weeks later give or take nothing had been done. I went their office and was fed some nonsense about “oh I thought that had been dealt with” a phone call to a contractor was made in front of me promising to have this repaired within a week. Finally after 6 months from the start of this whole process and we were another 4/6 weeks with nothing done. We have had a roofer at our cost repair the neighbours roof. Really not acceptable. I’m not sure about Keybanks as an entire business but I am really annoyed by having to chase them continually and getting either no response or false promises.

Ash was amazing from start to finish. As first time buyers she made things so easy for us and always made herself available if we had any questions. Thanks Ash xx

If I could give more than 5 stars I would ... we went with the right estate agent without a doubt .
All of the team in key banks were constantly in touch , really professional and friendly .

Just had completion today on a purchase from Keybanks West Derby Village. Service from Ashley was fantastic from start to Finish. A Professional relaxed approach when organising viewings, and informative and very proactive responding to emails and queries (even in her own time). Ashley really looked after us, even organising for us to see the in house Mortgage advisor (Liam) who is also brilliant. I will definatly use Keybanks Again. Paul

Excellent support and service from day 1. Ashley was brilliant, always available, prompt to reply to queries, honest and realistic about the market, a true professional with customer service as good as I have experienced in any industry. She was happy to keep me updated on viewings, undertake viewings, liaise with progress of solicitors and I felt fully informed and involved. A company who can be proud of their personable approach and local knowledge. Took the stress out of the process and was top notch..Thanks to all the team, especially Ashley...don't even look elsewhere,I initially did,but these are the best.

I honestly could not recommend keybanks enough if it was not for Ashley I think would be renting for the rest of my life, Ash was so responsive to all messages even after hours and kept me in the loop every step of the way as I am a first time buyer i was very nervous and asked a lot of questions and it was good to know the Ash took the time to keep my mind at ease no question was ever an issue and I always had immediate response with a reply answered so well!! If I ever bought another house I would only deal with Ash in keybanks.. Kath

Other than some mix up with arranging dates everything else went smoothly. Ashley was great, no matter what little question I asked she always found out the answer for me. Really friendly and helpful. Thank you for sorting my house :)

Brilliant service from Ashley at Keybanks, had a sale agreed within 24 hours of putting the property up for sale and completed within 6 weeks. Kept us up to date from start to finish.

Ashley at Keybanks was extremely helpful and as a result our house purchase went through smoothly. She was very pleasant and replied to all queries promptly - even outside office hours. Having had a previous house purchase fall through (through an online estate agent who had no interest in us once an offer was made and accepted) we were particularly grateful for Ash’s help. She spoke to both our solicitor and mortgage advisor, and kept the ball rolling throughout - which meant that we didn’t have to! We are now in our beautiful home. Thanks Ashley!

Great service from start to finish - it wasn’t easy selling a home I had been in for a long time but I got all the help I needed from Keybanks. All of the staff were consistently polite friendly and helpful but in particular Ashley really deserves credit where it’s due nothing was too much trouble . Thanks !
