I would just like to say that if it wasnt for Sophie Carney at keybanks i wouldnt b where i am know...She went above and beyond for me and my family she is such a friendly caring person and keybanks should be lucky to have her working for them...My house was up for sale with sutton kersh but the house we waa buyin was keybanks so Sophie didnt even have to help us out but she did a better job than sutton kersh ringin us to update all the time and to make sure i was ok as i was so so stressed out..She is a wonderfull person and im so lucky that we had her to help us... I would highly recomend using sophie x

Just wanted to say a massive thank you to Keybanks for all the help with our new home, we really appreciate the support we received throughout the process. The communication was excellent and this helped to ease any worries that we had along the way. The process was smooth and we were so happy with the speed from our house purchase to when we were able to exchange. In particular want to thank you to Ashley for constantly keeping us in the loop and helping to make buying our new house an exciting and stress free experience.

This company feels it is acceptable use their own staffing issues as an excuse to fail to return calls to people that they have been happily collecting management fees from.

Five months since my tenant moved out and still not moved to carry out any of the required repair work.

We recently dealt with Keybanks and specifically Sophie when purchasing our first house. The service we received was exceptional and Sophie went above and beyond what we expected of her.

Sophie was really helpful with any queries we had and repeatedly went out of her way to organise various things to get the sale completed as quickly as possible. Whenever we called up to make an enquiry Sophie was either already dealing with it or had the issue resolved within the day.

We will definitely recommend Keybanks to anybody who needs their services and will happily use them again if we are looking to buy or sell again in the future.

Before enlisting the services of Keybanks , I had attempted to sell my property through another Estate Agent. The Agent in question guaranteed that they could sell my house within 12 weeks and bound me to a contract of 3 months. I did my research to see if they were a reputable agent and found that they were registered with the major advertising portals on the market.
The only thing I was not comfortable with was the contract, as all the information you read warns you against this, but I understood that the work they do requires a commitment from the vendor and as I could not find another agent who did not require a contractual agreement, I went ahead.
They did not sell my house within 12 weeks but what they did do is put me through one of the worse business experiences of my life. The agent in question attempted to sell my house through such questionable means, that would have resulted in significant legal implications for me ,that even the sites they advertised with encouraged me to complain formally about their actions. They did not act for me as their client and after 3 months of bullying and threats, I left their services. My view of agents was understandably damaged by the time I moved over to Keybanks but their friendly reassuring and empathetic service restored some of my faith. Additionally, although not part of their services, they fought to have my advert removed from various sites that the other agent had advertised from

Firstly they did not tie me into a contract. This was unexpected and extremely refreshing and reassuring. They have a belief that they can deliver what they say they can deliver and therefore legally binding agreements were considered redundant.
They did deliver! From the off-set, the marketing of the property was beautifully and sympathetically executed with images and a description that reflected the quality of the house being offered.
I felt positive from the beginning because of the effort and time that went into this.
I had two offers for the asking price within three days! The offer accepted, whilst in a position to buy, proved to be an unusual client to deal with and Keybanks were presented with a more involved sale than they could have anticipated. They constantly made sure during the delays that followed through no fault of their own, that they put my needs as a client first. They never once pressurized me to accept or progress with any none-legally binding offers and ensured that my house continued to be marketed. As everyone knows, house sales can fall through right up to the last minute and Keybanks were extremely vigilant in protecting my objective throughout. They did not refuse viewings to other interested parties with the attitude of “We have one in the bag so why bother anymore” as the other agent had. Despite the time and expense incured, they maintained market interest throughout.
It is hard to do this agency justice. All I can say is that when the selling of my house became extraordinarily taxing, the agent efforts became extraordinary in dealing with it. This wasn’t about a sale for them in the end because they gave me freedom to withdraw if it did not serve my interest to continue. I had the full and undivided attention of the agents Director and he worked tirelessly to bring this sale to a satisfactory conclusion. Faced with a host of errors caused by other involved bodies, he applied a professionalism and care that I have never witnessed before in a relationship of this kind. It was a particularly tense time for me because so much was resting on the sale of this property. The owner of Keybanks not only understood this, but showed a care and attentiveness to help me achieve my goals. I have never encountered this before in a business capacity. It was actually a pleasure and inspiration to see Neil at work doing what he does best. I was 100% happy to hand over all the decisions and responsibility to this remarkable man, who through sheer determination, persistence and professionalism, sold my house without compromising the sale. This agent secured not only my sale but my happiness and future wellbeing. I remain indebted to this dedicated run agency, who have created not only an exceptional service, but one that is leading the way in meeting client expectations and beyond. I would urge anyone who wants to sell their property through a caring, honest and ethically minded agent, to look no further, than KEYBANKS.

I had my property on the market with a different estate agent, I wasn't happy with there service so a friend recommend Keybanks, I had heard of them but for some reason didn't get them our for a valuation ( i really don't know why ). I gave them a call and they came out to do a new valuation from the very first step i was impressed, they didn't try to baffle me or patronises me, they were very helpful and explain that they are the only company in our area that has no tie in contract, which meant if i wasn't happy i could cancel the contract at any time. The Lady that came out ( Sam) said " we believe if you are happy with our service you will stay and recommend us to your friends " which i have . So for that reason why would we need to tie you to a contract. They were so right! Keybanks sold my house and the customer service was fantastic , they kept me up to date and whats more they even got me more money than the asking price ( and thats hard in this day and age ). Thank you to Sam , Sophie and Chris for all you help and hard work , I will continue to recommend Keybanks.

Excellent service , and friedly service

Due to personal reasons I had no other option than to rent out my property. I got in touch with a local estate agents who became my letting agent and in the 3 months I was with them I didn't have any intrest in my property and I was constantly chasing after them, not a good thing when you work full time, to say this was stressful and frustrating was an understatement. As my neighbour was selling her property through keybanks and spoke very highly of them I decided to get in touch and find out about their letting services. After speaking to Neil who runs Keybanks and is a landlord himself I felt really at ease, he pointed out where the previous letting agency had gone wrong and was very open and truthful about what he would do to get the property let, he didn't give me false promises of how I could let for such and such an amount in rent, he gave a realistic view point. So I decided to go with Keybanks. Back in the beginning of June they listed my property and within 1 month I had a tenant in there. Keybanks keep you informed every week about how your property is doing while it's up for let, a lovely lady called Tanya gives you advice and peace of mind and so far I find them completely worth the fees I pay towards their management of my property. I'm shocked to say it but it seems I've actually come across an Estate agents that genuinely care about Landlord & tenant. They give me peace of mind and if they keep up with the standards I'm currently receiving I will at some point also sell my property with them when the time is right.

Keybanks have managed my properties for the last four years and have always excelled us with their service. From start to finish their professionalism has always been outstanding with nothing too much trouble from maintenance issues to finding new tenants. They are an amazing team and I can't recommend them enough.

I have had 2 properties managed by Keybanks for the last 8 months now, without any problems they sorted me both tenants quickly, rent in my account on time with a great maintenance team who have sorted some small issues that my property has had.

Great service and communication very helpful

Keybanks where my first 'agent' when I decided to tenant the first house I'd ever bought. It lasted about a year and the tenant moved out. I had other tenants in after that on a private level so didn't need to use Keybanks. Going back to them was easy and the best decision I made.

They know the area well, staff are friendly and listen well to an concerns and in my opinion try there best for you in an area that is always fraught with tension.

I'm very happy with their service. Tanya, Ant and George (and others whose name I've misplaced) give me confidence to remain a landlord for many years yet.
