It's was smooth from their part but they should associate with a better solicitor as the one recommended to me by them was very slow but this is not their fault. Their service was well done and I was always kept well informed!

impressive service. Keybanks staff were helpful and friendly at all times. Ashley, our main point of contact at the West Derby office was very efficient and reliable organising viewings and providing prompt feedback on them to us. Once we had offers coming in she helped us navigate those. Once we had accepted an offer she gave us guidance on the exchange and completion process. Keybanks is a relatively small and local operation and Neil Dentith the manager, who did the initial valuation of the property for us, was usually available as well. We had a couple of helpful meetings with him to discuss the marketing of our property. Sophie from the Tuebrook office was also very helpful with conducting some viewings for us and providing advice.

I cant thank ashley an the keybanks team for all there hard work an time they have put in to helping me buy my first home, id highly recommend keybanks estate agent.

Excellent service received when selling my property. The property was well marketed and received a lot of interest and offers culminating in the recent sale completion. Sophie took care of all viewings for me and kept me informed every step of the way. I would definitely recommend Keybanks to anybody looking to put a property on the market.

Sophie from Keybanks couldn't have been more helpful and understanding and was brilliant. The buyer of my property was a complete pain, changed solicitor, changed type of mortgage 3 times and made it a nightmare for me and made me ill. Turned the experience into an ordeal which lasted over 6 months.

Was pleased with the curtesy and help provided by the staff who were always in touch at every stage and kept me informed of what stage we were up to and made the completion trouble free

Everyone at Keybank were so helpful knowledgeable and nothing was to much trouble. I couldn't of sold my house without their help. They advised me all the way give me the reassurance I needed as selling was totally new to me. My elderly parents sold their home through keybank in Tuebrook Liverpool and I/we cannot thank them enough. Mum has dementia and dad is 81 caring for her and Sophie was instructed to deal with myself (also dealing with my parents nipping in and out) and we cannot thank her enough for her patience and tolerance and exceptional service. My parents house sold in a matter of days but there were some problems with them buying and sophie helped with things above what was required. I would in excess of 100% recommend this estate agents in particular sophie.

Ashley and Neil were extremely helpful when myself and my partner purchased our first property - they were involved in negotiating the final purchase price of the property, they were in constant contact and kept me updated every step of the process even when both sets of Solicitors were being unhelpful - they were also available to chat every time I had a query or a question, I would definitely recommend buying a property from KeyBank's and also selling a property with them also.

Ashley at West Derby Keybanks made the whole process of selling my late mother in laws house as straightforward as possible. She supported myself and my husband at each stage and was always on hand to answer any questions. Ashley is friendly and engaging but also very professional .
